The restaurant food was superb and well priced. There is a 10% surcharge that’s added to all your meals, however

I went through your company to get the best price possible. Then the hotel sent me all these added fees that I would’ve never excepted. Including raising our checkout day, at 8 o’clock, in the morning, to a Saturday rate. That was not fair.

We loved the beach access even though the private beach is about 50yards long and packed beginning early in the morning. Market surf shop and liquor store are all right across the street. Location is crammed with tons of stores nearby everything within arms reach

The crazy rules. No personal chairs or umbrellas on the beach if you choose not to rent their chairs then you'll be able to lay a towel down BEHIND all the chairs all food and drinks must come from their attached bar and grill cabanas which was 32 bucks for 2 drinks. The entire property is strict no smoking or vaping AT ALL pool closes at 830pm sharp. The parking garage is a tight fit for anything bigger than a car. The corners are sharp and most suvs have to do 3 point turns to maneuver around the garage entrance and exit. Security patrols the beach and pool from 8am to 10pm. Due to conservation housekeeping is by request only and must be requested the night before.

.Beachfront. Very clean beach and pool area. Bar staff was great. Front desk very helpful. Would seriously recommend a broom in each room. The amount of sand thats brought in is irritating. If u fly in you cant bring a broom on a plane. Over all great stay.

No broom . I feel like the chairs should not be an additional charge. We pay enough for the hotel stay it should be included.

Love the private beach and location. Family friendly.

Headboard was dirty on bed, could have been slightly cleaner. Booked two rooms and my daughter's room was never cleaned.ĺ

The location was excellent. The private beach and spacing between the beach chairs was spot on. We loved the outside bar and the waitresses/bartenders were friendly and efficient. (They work very hard) the live music was a plus.

We had an ocean view room because ocean front was sold out. We were looking at the garage for the most part. There was only one upright chair in the room. It would be nice to have had a comfortable chair and really two chairs would be perfect. There is no light over the long mirror and the bathroom is small.

Clean room with basic amenities. This hotel is one of the lower-priced properties in Clearwater Beach, but even so, it is quite expensive for what it is.

The building next door has a gate that opens and closes very loudly at all hours of the day and night – difficult to tune it out to sleep. No tea in the room and the girl at reception looked at me like I was stealing when I took a tea bag from the morning tea/coffee area in the lobby. Why wouldn't you put a couple tea bags in the room? Overall, it's a motel with resort fees.

Location was great. Island Market across the street was perfect to grab a quick snack, water or even medicine if you needed. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. A quick Uber ride to the Pier downtown or Indian Rocks Beach. The private beach was beautiful as well. There are chair/umbrella rentals but I recommend reserving early! And make sure to bring towels to put on the chairs.

Overall there was nothing earthshattering not to like. The only “annoyance” was I wish there were more hooks to hang towels/wet bathing suits. There are only 2 on the bathroom door.

We loved the private beach, in hotel restaurants, friendly staff, and comfy beds. Tiffany and Brad at the front desk were awesome! Tiffany was the absolute sweetest person. Mark was a great beach attendant and so helpful. Alyssa and Ashley at the beach bar were so kind and fast servers. Having bars and restaurants in the hotel was super convenient. And they were actually really good! Hotel restaurants are hit or miss but these ones were delicious!

We were sad that the pool closed at dusk, so it closed at around 8-8:30. But all neighboring pools were still open at other hotels. The beach is smaller than expected but it was very calm and chill. So even though it wasn’t the typical, it was still very nice.

Lovely hotel in a good location. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you to the main beach. Our room was ready early & we got an upgrade. We had two small balconies looking out over the sea. The lady at the front desk was so helpful. On our first day the beach attendant went out of her way to find us beds & an umbrella and the waitress (Alyssa) was amazing. So friendly, polite & attentive. Location was great, beach & hotel so clean & food tasty. You can also borrow towels for the beach for which is great.

The hotel wasn't cheap so having to pay for beds on the beach stung a bit. The 2nd day there seemed to be less wait staff on the beach so the service wasn't as great... but the waitress was polite & friendly, just super busy.
