Beautiful hotel Nice area

We spent 3 nights there Tuesday through Friday. We were told housekeeping comes every other day. The entire time we were there we never had our room cleaned or received fresh towels. On Thursday my husband called front desk 2 times and I called once. We were both told someone was coming right up with the towels. After waiting over an hour I walked around and saw a housekeeper and asked her for towels. She gave me a nasty look as she gave me the towels. Unfortunately that incident put a bad taste in our mouth to ever return. There are many hotels in that area which will will call going forward.

Location was close to everything we wanted and needed to have available. Staff was very friendly in all areas.

Only parking is Valet, which we did not know about. There was an extra daily fee at booking plus when we got to the hotel there was another daily charge for the valet parking of $29/day plus tax that we were not aware of. Caught us very much by surprise and feel there was not full disclosure by Booking.com. Very deceptive.

The location was perfect. We didn’t need a car at all.

The breakfast could have included more traditional options for $20 a person.

Everything was good Staff was wonderful, Sarahbeth was exceptional.

Our floors in the room were dirty and gritty feeling

we loved the location of the hotel, the rooms were clean and refreshing, staff was friendly and there were amazing views even though we weren't waterfront. The valet was super helpful and being able to text ahead and have the car ready was spectacular

It was a little difficult to find our way up to the lobby. There definitely could be better directional signage around the property. The breakfast looked amazing, but was a little pricey for what we were willing to pay. Also there was signage for a rooftop bar that apparently didn't exist.

Rooms were modern and had just the right amount of space

Limited choices on lighting especially the bathroom. Was very bright when had to get up in the middle of the night. The pool area was very small and the music played was strange and didn’t come on until 11. Also the fact that all elevators didn’t go to all floors was strange and that there were 2 elevators from garage but one was listed as employees only. I never saw an employee using it but did see them use the other one.

The coffee from Starbucks was delicious that they had in the breakfast area.

The breakfast was not much to look at. It was picky foods and with a 1 year old we chose not to eat there. I think the breakfast price was alot considering what they had to offer was meats and cheeses like a charcuterie board. I got one drink from the pool bar it was 30 dollars. Granted that I did get a double I was FLOORED at the price!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, and the cleanliness, view, and decor were all nice.

I was disappointed with the lack of self parking and found the lighting somewhat confusing, as it didn't always activate when I walked by. Also, there was no breakfast on Saturday, which was a letdown. Overall, there are some areas for improvement, but the positives made it a decent experience.

Friendly staff, location was great, valet was wonderful, we had housekeeping everyday which was a pleasant surprise

We were missing a few items (wash rags and coffee cups) and did need to call, however, they were brought up very quickly so really no complaint. Also need chairs on balcony and more signs to show direction such as lobby on 5th floor and the one elevator that went down to the garage

The hotel is very well located—one block from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The rooms were clean and modern, and the beds were comfortable. The common areas were good, and the gym had the best sunrise view! The employees were very helpful.

Breakfast was okay. The rooms are not very soundproof.
