I liked the cleanliness, neatness, breakfast was always delicious many fruits & local delicacies. Me & my family loved. The hotel location was very close to the beach, shops & subway station. It was a very safe location. Staff were very friendly & super smiling & helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to Freinds. Thank you.

I found all at the level of my satisfaction,,, room, bed, comfort etc OK Breackfast was also very good, however, I think that a small effort should be done in term;s of diversification Exemplo: The entire week scrambled eggs and sausages were served. Introducing fried egs and tomato, some beens would be acceptable, as well as mashroom if possible

Its a little gem. It is right next to nice Flamengo beach in the Guanabara Bay. Very well connected to the beaches on one side and all the big city attractions on the other. The staff are really the brightest spot for this hotel.

Check-in was quick and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is located close to Flamengo beach and two metro stations - Catete and Largo do Machado, which is perfect if you are walking to other locations. It is not close though to main touristic places such as Copacabana and Ipanema. The room has plenty of space and the air conditioner works very well.

There was a little mold on the walls of the bathroom (probably people of the high humidity and low air circulation). But the turn-off was the Wi-Fi. It worked intermittently, so I was constantly using my mobile data to browse the internet.

Staff very helpful. Location is very good. My room is larger then I expected (in fact larger than many hotels I lived in in many countries). Smart TV with YouTube connectivity. Laundry service is good.

Very old noisy air-con. No kettle. No glasses for drinking use. Towels are quite old.

Everything turned out good it just the only thing that I was unaware of when I got my room I have one bedroom I was supposed to have two beds for three rooms

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, with a small fridge and comfy bed. Breakfast was really good, with various fruit and pastry options. Located very close to 2 metro stations, and there are many good restaurants around.

Wifi reception was nonexistent in our first room, so we had to change to another one with better reception. The air con was very loud.

They fulfilleld requests and helped with taxi to the airport.

I got charged for yuse of mini bar when I had not used it. On arrival staff member charged me for the days I had already paid for. This was then refunded by David when he found out. Depending on who you speak to the hotel either does or does not use taxi firm. I was told no on arrival but then on check out was provided with a taxi.

Location was really good. Central to most things and staff were very helpful. Rooms were very spacious. Mini bar is well stocked and prices were good.

Would have loved access to coffee either in the room or at reception.

I liked everything about the hotel. Breakfast options were nice and varied. The people who work there made our stay phenomenal. Great experience.
