The breakfast was nice and everyone could choose anything for their likings, also there is free parking on the location. The swimming pool was really refreshing after a day of exploring and hiking, you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains from the water.

The place it self is located on the outskirts of the Grainau, so its a tiny bit remote. For example, if you are planning to have a dinner, there is only one or two restaurants which are a little bit pricey, otherwise you have to walk 20-25 mins to get to the village. But its not a complaint, its nothing to be improved on, we even liked the trip on the little walkway which leads to the Village. I'm only writing this, because it could be informative to some people.

The personnel is very nice and caring. The breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of variety. The pool was refreshing.

During hot days you want to leave your windows open otherwise the room gets warm and stuffy. Unfortunately the mountain view rooms are facing loud street so not good for light sleepers. The wifi in the rooms is not very strong so do not expect to be able to do any work or play netflix l

Nice pleasant hotel. Owners very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and well presented and had a fridge in the room as well as chilled water on arrival which was welcome . Everything was clean and tidy. Very convenient to Garmich, bus stop right at the door.

The Hotel has a nice outside area that can be used during leisure time, while you are not out exploring the area. The receptionist was always super helpful and took care of everything :)

I would have loved to spend some time swimming, but the weather forced us to got for just one last hike ;)

One of the best places , I have stayed in a long time . Breakfast was exceptional. We took a room with the mountain view and it was great. We did not use the pool this time due to activities we had planned .

The beds was not very comfortable as I ended up having back ache . Additional the WiFi was the worst, but since we did not stay for longer in the room it was manageable

The receptionist was very helpful and nice. The pool area was clean and pleasant. The rooms were nice and big. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Getting to Eibsee was quite easy, either with a bus, cycling or even walking (If you are okay with walking around 2 hours if not more)

There was no AC, but I suppose it is a normal thing for Germany.

Good option for few nights when staying with kids, as has also an inside pool. Breakfast was good

A bit outdated furniture. Sauna is small and does not have open stone oven.

Cute little Hotel with very friendly and courteous staff. Perfectly located close to all major attractions. Bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The Staff is super friendly and try to accommodate our wishes.

They didn't offer shampoo :( there was only shower gel. I asked for it and they told they don't have it I found it super weird that there is nothing to wash your hair....

it is really well located for both zugspitze or garmisch Classic.

the pool and sauna were open only until 19:00 .. we had to rush to enjoy it specially if you come down from the zugspitze. for longer stays is maybe fine but if you come for a ski weekend is difficult
