It is very comfortable and clean. You can easily get to the city center. Behind the accommodation is the bus station and with number 14 you can get to the city center only for 5-7 min.

It smells like dampness in the room. This is the only thing that makes a difference

Did not have contact with any person other than through the booking.com messaging. However all was as mentioned and well provided. The room looked perfect and was good enough for us for that single night. The side table on the right side of the bed had no drawers, and one of the lights in the bathroom did not work, other than that all well and most importantly clean.

The bathroom suction did not work and as such after visiting the bathroom the smells would come into the room, which was not so nice. The body wash bottle in the shower cabin was almost empty and when squeezing it, it came out of the holder. Although space for 5 cars in the parking due to some rubbish in front and the way cars had been parked I could not park my car (there were already 4 cars there) so I had to street park and luckily there was a spot free. I recommend that the carpark spots are marked with paint lines and numbered such that there is enough parking space and that you allot the spaces using the numbers. Parking is also difficult due to the narrow size of the space. There was an aircon unit in the room but no remote to operate it.

Location is near Tivoli park. Supermarket and bus station are 1 minute far from the hotel. Calm place with no traffic in the morning. Mattress and pillows are comfortable for a good night rest.

The smell at the reception area... There are many sockets but not all go well. To use the coffee machine you need to switch off the fridge every time. It is a bit annoying. The illumination in the bathroom could be better. It would be nice to have a couple of plates.

it was clean and extremely modern. bathroom was great and the beds were super comfy. I had to self checkin and it was so simple. I actually prefer this and you are free to ‘let yourself in’ and the instructions were straight forward. really simple to get into the centre of town and there is a super market just round the corner. highly recommended

I didn’t really find anything I didn’t like to be honest.

The facility was excellent. The location was good. The person I talked to on the phone was very helpful. Except for the problem below. I would definitely stay again if I'm in Ljubljana.

Easily connected to WIFI. Unfortunately the WIFI wasn't connected to the internet. I called and talked to someone about it. But it never got fixed.

Conveniently located. Very nice neighborhood, everything needed nearby. The guesthouse itself is very good, too.

We somehow missed a table and a couple of foldable chairs in the room. Wi-Fi is quite idle. Rooms on the ground floor are problematic in terms of insects, i.e., ants. I know from my experience that such colonies in houses do appear in summers, in hot and dry years. It is however a problem that gets resolved easily by pest control professionals and is not a big deal actually - wasps, hornets, cockroaches, scolooendras, scorpions etc. are far more concerning in the European South. Given these drawbacks, the house gets an overall 8 out of 10, instead of a 9. Nevertheless, we would visit it again - we liked it.

The room was very nice and clean. The place was easy to find and had a private parking space. Overall, our experience was very good, it's just that we struggled with Wifi. The Wifi was not working, and we traveled for work, so it was a bit of a problem for us. We informed the host, and he replied quickly and said he would get it fixed, but it took some time. The location is in the residential area, but there are restaurants at 5-6min walk. However, the city centre is a 30-minute walk away. So if someone is coming for touristic reasons only and a short stay, then the location might not be ideal for them.

Wifi was not working.

There is a bus station right around the corner that takes you to the center, next to it there also is a market. The room was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived. The bed sheets and towels were clean. It had a mini fridge and a wardrobe with hangers for our clothes. The TV was nice and big. There was an iron and an ironing board in the hallway for anybody to use.

The room was a bit cold for our taste. Occasional renovations from the property neighbors woke us up in the morning.

Nice room, a bigger one which we got it upgraded from the host.

Waited one hour and a half to contact the host, we didn't had an instructions for enter the apartment, but later he apologized himself and gave us a bigger room for a compensation.

THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. CLEAN. PLENTY OF SOCKETS. WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER EXCELLENT. QUIET SURRONDINGS. PARKING FOR CAR. WINDOWS OPENED SO GOOD VENTERLATION.

THE DOOR HANDLE ON MY FRIENDS DOOR CAME OFF ON THE FIRST DAY THERE, CONTACTED THE MANAGER/OWENER WHO SAID HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE TO FIX IT, WE STAYED FOR A WEEK AND NO ONE APPEARED, THE MAIN PROBLEM WAS YOU COULD LOCK IT FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT NOT WHEN YOU WHERE IN THE ROOM. NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!
