Barbara at the front desk is wonderful. Very personable and goes out of her way to make sure the guest is comfortable.

The bathroom had a leak under the sink, so the bathroom floor was always wet. Also, it was specified that there would be 3 adults, so the first room did not have the pullout. That was quickly rectified but housekeeping did not have sheets, blankets or pillows in the room for the pullout upon our arrival.

I loved everything about my room. The bathroom was so nice. All the small details, from the countertop to the plumbing fixtures, make the place feel so luxurious. I would however recommend robes for the guest. The TV welcomes you by name. I love that I was out on the 1st floor. That was added convenience being that I have A newborn in a stroller. Everything was perfect!

Maybe the prices at the bistro. Or you could add a kids menu that has more kid friendly prices.

Good value, if you able to get it under 100/pre night. Quiet room for most of the time. Big shower room. Staff always at the front desk to help.

Can't turn the TV off, so I have to go behind the TV to unplug it. The window did do a good job to isolate the noise. I was forced to listen to those noisy kids having fun in the pool until late night.

Front Desk and hotel staff were kind. My room and facilities were very clean with high attention to detail and care.

Wonky electrical outlet in the bathroom. Seemed to be a new upgrade and unused. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. I let the front desk know at checkout.

Check-in took a while first because they couldn't find my reservation. Then, when they found it, they took a while to process/get my room keys because they couldn't figure out something in the system.

Comfortable bed, quiet at night, friendly staff at the front.

Breakfast was far too pricey for a dry croissant and a cup of cofffee. very limited options. Being disappointed with my breakfast, I went to breakfast at an establishment near the hotel after checking out and had many more options.

the beds are rock hard, the room is set up so that the AC blows on your face and above the bed is a flashing neon green light from the smoke detector!? the bed should be along a wall to the side

the room was very clean and was in a great location.

desk light didn’t work, when asked to come and fix it, no one came or explained why they were unable to.

People were friendly, safe parking lot, quiet and convenient to a lot of food/stores, comfortable beds

Body wash and conditioner were empty in the shower and there was something sticky on the bathroom countertop by the faucet.
