Greate location, fantastic view, very polite and helpful staff cosy and clean. Also provides a gym, a small pool and jacuzzi with no extra charges.

In the photo found using "Booking" App, there were photos of a pool (in the shape of a cross) that was not actually in the hotel. It was an adjacent pool service for which we had to pay 50 euros per person for a full day (more on a weekend). That was slightly misleading.

In 2023, on our first visit to Malta, we were accommodated in Alavits Hotel by ST Hotels, where all the accommodation conditions were absolutely exceptional. It was then that we found out that there is an entire network of ST hotels, in 2024 we returned to Malta and of course we chose to stay at Bayview Hotel by ST Hotels. We were not disappointed this time either. The hotel is centrally located, where there are many attractions: restaurants, shops, walking area. Swimming pool and beach area directly on the roof of the hotel. Clean and maintained room daily. Reasonable accommodation price. The reception and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful in case of help and information. Thank you for the effort you make to make tourists feel good and satisfied!

Had a room with balcony with view of the harbour, we were on the second floor which had a good view but would have liked a room on a higher floor. We did email a couple of times before we came requesting a higher floor but the hotel were unable to accommodate. However, the view we did have from the second floor was very good. The breakfast has a bit chaotic at busy times but the staff were always cheerful and helpful and the quality of the breakfast was good. Overall the staff were very professional and helpful and I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel has two lifts but there was a long wait at times for the smaller lift.

The rooms were clean and spacious, beds were really comfortable, staff were a pleasure nothing was too much trouble. Location was superb for buses and ferries and trips out. Hotel is 30 mins from airport with airport bus stop outside. Valletta or St Julians is roughly 15/20 mins by any number of buses by hotel. Breakfast was very plentiful and tasty, great variety from cereal, fruit, meats and cheeses to pastries, toast and a full fry. Restaurants, cafes, shops, nightlife on your door step but couldnt hear any outside noise from our room. The people of Malta were so polite and helpful… thank you it made our trip.

The breakfast included was a good thing, there was a variety of food to choose from for a standard hotel stay and we could save up some money for other attractions. The room was nice, bed was pretty comfortable and the staff was very nice. They took care to clean up the room thoroughly. After our checkout, we could also leave our luggage for free which I didn't experience in previous places we stayed in and really appreciated it, we could spend one last day without the luggage to explore more places. It was very close to a bus stop and attractions by the bay so we had a very easy way of getting to places. There was also a lot of bars and restaurants nearby and a concenience store right next to the entrance to the hotel.

The shower was leaking a lot of water. We did point it out to the cleaning staff but nothing was really done about that. Each shower ended up in a puddle of water on the bathroom floor. Additionally, the dryer was working kinda weirdly. Not sure if it was just overheating as it would just stop working randomly after 3 minutes of usage and then work after few minutes again. Plus the bathroom overall was kinda small. The view from the window wasn't really great as the beach was mostly covered by other buildings but to be fair, we didn't ask specifically for a room with the bay view.

My rating is 10 out of 10! Everything was top notch. Large room with a balcony and a terrific view of the sea and Valletta in the distance (see photo). All the facilities - new, modern, clean. Easy connection to Valletta and further on to three cities and everywhere around the island by public transport - buses or ferries. Very good breakfast. There is pool on the roof, which seems also very nice but I never had time to really enjoy it with my busy sightseeing schedule. I actually expected something less and was very pleasantly surprised by an overall improvement of Malta tourstic facilities.

Breakfast was great. very good buffet choices. The first room we were given was a little small, but we asked to upgrade to an apartment, as we were staying for 7 days. The apartment was very good. All of the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special (Christmas break) There was paid for underground parking near by, but this was Very tight, even though we had a small car, so we asked to use the outdoor parking which was much bigger and less used. We felt very safe there. There were loads of bars and restaurants very near by

It would have been better if there had been more staff on reception at 2pm (Booking in time) as we had been travelling for about 36 hours and it took a long time to check in. Nothing else negative to say!

Room was comfortable but could do with some draws/additional clothes storage. There were a couple of shelves and hanging space. Not really enough for a one week stay. Room cleaning was hit and miss, some days they didn't arrive until late afternoon when we were having a siesta so some days we told them not to bother. No drama though. We were on the 6th floor with a sea view. The road is a little noisy but worth it for the view. Could sit there all day watching the world go by. Once the patio doors were closed you couldn't hear the road. Location was good for the ferry to Valletta. Bus stop right outside the hotel which we used a few times. Easy to get around. Breakfast was good, busy but always managed to get a clean table. Staff lovely.

If I had one complaint it would be the lifts. There are only 2 and you could wait quite some time to get one!! Being on the 6th floor we really didn't want to walk it. Other than that all was really good.

Excellent location. Breathtaking bay views from the rooftop solarium. Nice room and bathroom decor. Size of the room (very spacious). Tea/coffee & fridge facilities in the room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Airport bus stop was just across the street.

When I first entered the room, I was a bit disappointed with the balcony (no view, just another balcony from the wall in front) and that the only window in the room was the French doors to the balcony. But it actually wasn't bad. The room at the back of the hotel was quieter than the rooms with the sea view. Balcony added some more space. And, I spent most of the time on rooftop anyway.

WOW! It is an amazing hotel with friendly staff and amazing views of Valletta and the Bay. We had an amazing and unexpected surprise in your room when arrived. It was a happy birthday surprise for my Mother. We were shocked by all the balloons, flowers, and a bottle of local Spritz on our bed. Never had this kind greeting from any hotel in the past. Highly recommended for anyone especially when arriving first-time in Malta. Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Great breakfast included and access to SPA with Sauna, Jacuzzi, and 2 pools on the roof are free of charge. Also, Valletta is very close and easy to access by boat, also public transport bus stations are right in front of the main entrance of the hotel. Would definitely come back again!
