We stayed at Emerald Noosa for 5 nights and were very lucky to be upgraded to the penthouse apartment. The accommodation was exceptional, very spacious and luxurious. We even had our own pool. The master suite had a large very comfortable bed and lovely en suite bathroom with powerful shower and a large bath tub. The other three bedrooms were also comfortable sizes with quality beds. The kitchen was fantastic, the living area and TV were great, decent wifi, separate laundry room and lots of beach toys etc provided. The location is right in the heart of Noosa close to cafes, restaurants and the national park, and with the convenience of a car park. Ducted aircon made it very comfortable. We had a great stay and would love to return.

If there's one thing it is that the windows in the master bedroom don't insulate well for noise. There are three lorikeet roosting trees nearby and they make quite a racket when they wake up!

We thought it was the perfect location and the design of the complex was special. But the welcome we received from Alyssa got our stay off to a great start. That first encounter is really important for weary, foreign travellers and Alyssa's open, caring approach was expertly measured to ensure we felt special. After that all staff gave us similar attention. Mark in particular was very helpful over a couple of minor personal maintenance issues and we were treated with respect even though we were probably interrupting his workload. The apartment was more than we'd expected and we didn't want to leave.

Nothing to do with Emerald but the boom booming of Rococo's music from 8am until 10.30om was a bit annoying. I'm sure Rococo would have got the same number if customers with less thudding type music. Emerald Noosa is probably one of the best self catering hotels in the area. Wed easily book again.

You could not beat the location. Nice and quiet room that had plenty of space. Very comfy lounge area Bed was comfy

If I have to critsise something it would be signs on doors and kitchens about additional charges. Eg. $1 for an extra roll of toilet paper or the other one, you will be charged $80 for kitchen clean up. I think the additional toilet paper charge is a bit stingy and there is a way of presenting the info about kitchen clean in a less barky tone. It's not a hostel!

Emerald is in a great location on Hasting Street and the rear access meant no negotiating with traffic on Hasting. Access to towers is great and easy to get in and out. I did not use the pool/spa facilities but looked well maintained and inviting. The older style rooms are spacious and will appointed as are the common areas the same all tastefully updated. Although is did not utilize the full size kitchen would be a great option for a family holiday with the ability to eat in instead of out. Air conditioning worked very well as got to experience heat and cool due to weather. As it is located on Hasting Street location to shops, food and beach is self explanatory. It was easy to get out to catch up with family staying in other accommodation on Hasting.

The apartment we stayed in was exceptional …..fabulous big rooms, great open living space that was a really good size. The property was perfectly located for all our needs and wants. Parking in Noosa is as bad as we’ve heard and having parking space with room meant we could park car underneath and not worry about moving vehicle. Staff were very accommodating.

The lift to our tower wasn’t working which generally day to day didn’t really matter but on arrival was annoying. Offering a slight discount on the rooms affected May have mitigated this annoyance.

Pool area could have had a few more seats although certainly not an issue!

Location was amazing. Resort itself is beautiful. Kids loved looking for lizards throughout. Units were huge, we had 3 between our group and all were a different layout but huge. Beds super comfy. Staff lovely and super helpful. Having parking at Noosa was bloody amazing too. Felt very secure with keg entry to foyer and car garage 24/7.

Elevator didn’t work our entire stay which was annoying with prams and kids and what not. Voucher for a breakfast at a cafe or something would have been a nice touch given the annoyance.

Great location, great sized apartment, and the dining and lounge furniture was very nice, modern and comfortable. The bedrooms were quiet for a great sleep. The pool is nice and big with some undercover area. Overall good value for money.

The beds are a bit soft and you sink in the middle of them. The staff weren’t the friendliest compared to other places we have stayed nearby. They weren’t rude, but for example they didn’t welcome you when you walked through reception or go out of their way to be friendly like other places in Noosa have. There weren’t umbrellas for guests to use when raining or beach cabanas to hire.

This property was completely central with the added benefit of a parking space for one car. The staff were amazing! Always happy to help and reacted immediately to any requests. There’s a spa and a sauna as well as the pool. Which although quite small was never overcrowded during our stay and always a place to sit. We had two groups of us staying and I can highly recommend this for multiple groups too.

Cannot thank Alyssa enough for her help in moving us to a better room when we arrived. Our original room was nice but a renovated room became available which was absolutely beautiful and much more homely for our week stay- thank you Alyssa ! ! !

Just wish the pool was in a better location - not that big a deal but wasn’t very open. Nice and warm though so that was a nice surprise in Noosa winter :-)
