The breakfast was fabulous. Plenty of choices and lots available. We liked having friendly reception that helped out with printing of tickets and giving directions. The rooms were clean and comfy and it was accessible to the centre. He had a couple of local restraunts available. Overall a good stay

A little far from the centre . It required a bus and train, and the transport system was not overly timely, so lots of hot weather waiting. Also, most definitely the worst dinner bistro experience ever. My chicken breast was rated worse than a frozen microwave meal. My husbands lasagna, no better. Simply inedible and really terrible, give room service and dinner bistro a wide berth. The breakfast on the other hand was fresh and plentiful so definitely choose that!

The breakfast was nice, typical buffet breakfast. Loads of sweet bread, then typical things such eggs, two types of ham and one type of cheese. The coffee was average but you could ask the personal for a cappuccino and they did it somewhere in the kitchen and it tasted better than from the machine. The breakfast was very nice, but the same everyday.

There was really nothing, that we did not like. The bed was soft, but I felt the metal strings sometimes, which was quite uncomfortable, but not a problem. The destination is quite far from the center, but there are busses 43 and 81 which go directly to the center and the journey takes approx. 20 minutes.

The hotel was OK one italian reception staff were helpful,but to be honest we were very offended by the way they treat us,as a British citizens me my wife and our baby were made to FILL OUT EXTRA FORMS just because we weren't english even though they knew we were British citizens they was keep saying it's the government policy which later we found out they made it up,I felt offended and humiliated.after one night I checked out and went to another hotel in milan and they never asked for any extra forms to be fill out.i wouldn't recommend this hotel

I didn't like the way they treat foreigners in this hotel and it was very expensive.

It was a First time booking,so I was expecting more not only the look in front of the hotel,saving energy bill while walking up the stairs and walking down,not safe for all clients group,limited light while paying the full amount,can cause accident Mostly concerned when checking out by 1200 and waiting driver for hours to get pick up for airport,the toilet facilities is in the basement where personally,I didn’t feel safe.

No kettle facilities to make tea or coffee ,so that we have to go on the bar to order and pay the price even though if it’s an elderly person, Mattress not hygienic and not comfortable Carpet dirty and smelly the view outside was not comfortable as my window was facing an apartment,where I couldn’t open my curtain .It’s the very first time in a hotel room where I got Insects bites.

Overall the hotel was great! The stuff was polite, the room was very clean and bigger than in the pictures. The stuff was also very friendly and they had perfect english.

The room was extremely cold during the night (room 118), even with the temperature set on 25 degrees. On the 2nd day we realized that the window was not closing properly so the cold from outside was coming into the room and the AC was not able to combat the cold air. The sweet breakfast options was amazing. Plenty of cakes and fruits and croissants. However, for the salty option you really didn't had that many. Some boiled eggs, an omelette that honestly tasted like nothing and 2 types of salami, one of which is extremely greasy so I couldn't even touch it let alone eat it. I know the price of the breakfast aint that much and I was not expecting a lot of things, but since the sweets buffet is so well put together, you could definitely work on the salty one some more as well.

I liked the spacious room, fresh continental breakfast and helpful staff. Staff made the quadruple room up into 4 single beds, on request, which made my friends and I much more comfortable in the Italian heat.

Access to the hotel from the airport was difficult as I am unfamiliar with metro and buses in Milan, so can be a bit pricey to access, especially late at night. Air con could have been more effective but we appreciated the reception giving us a second room card to enable us to keep it running whilst we were out.

Absolutely stunning hotel, situated a short 20min walk to Milano Central or 7mins by car. The room was lovely and comfortably accommodated 3 people, the beds were comfortable and great facilities in the room. Definitely good value for money. The staff were exceptional and gave us great locations to visit with points of interest on a map. We got a 72hour travel card within the station and really got to see Milan in all its glory it was beautiful. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough was set within a lovely quiet road and the Christmas decorations they had just made it even more beautiful - will definitely be coming back again soon. Thank you for making us feel so welcomed.

The hotel is around 500 meters to bus stop. The room is good and clean The breakfast buffet is good.

We use google map to find the hotel from Milan Central and we took bus. But unfortunately, the bus we took as suggested by google map dropped us at bus stop that made us has to walk far and difficult to find the hotel.. Untiil we met a helpful old lady that show us the way to the hotel...we have to walk and bring up 6 luggage accros the bridge at around 8PM during winter. Thank you so much to the nice old lady. So be careful to read the google map

Nice, clean, functional international conference-style hotel. Handy parking. Helpful staff. Useful interconnecting room good for us travelling as a couple with a teenager.

It was quite a long way from the city centre (14/17euros for a cab). To be fair to them I'd booked to be near a friend's apartment but when our plans changed and we wanted to visit the city centre it was a bit of a faff. We knew before we booked it's a boring hotel in a boring part of town with no view and nothing to visit nearby but it's worth knowing if you're planning to visit Milan as a tourist. The hotel was full of families and the breakfast room wasn't big enough - everyone was queuing up and almost fighting over the food!

Breakfast was good, staff lovely and helpful, nice size hotel and facilities when air con wasn't that cool a fan was provided and also extra assistance with mosquitos

The location is a little further away than expected, and a lot of the nearby restaurants, etc, are closed despite stating open on Google, although it is not the fault of the hotel just for reference of others to know when booking Room for 4 is definitely compact! .
