This luxurious hotel is perfectly located near various restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets. Special appreciation goes to Mr. Zahrany, the Security Manager, Mr. Danish, the Housekeeping Manager, and Mr. Garaj, the Housekeeping Supervisor, for their exceptional support in finding our iPad after we had left for Madinah.

Here are just a few minor remarks: Offering an additional brand of coffee capsules for the espresso machine in the room would enhance the customer experience. Additionally, the window glass in our initial room on the 11th floor was not clear for the exceptional view, and would benefit from being polished and cleaned from the outside.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swissotel Living Jeddah, with my family and I can confidently say that everything was just perfect! The 2-bedroom apartment was incredibly comfortable, clean, and cozy. It provided a relaxing environment that made it easy to unwind after a busy day. The attention to detail in the furnishings and amenities truly enhanced our experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional staff. They were not only friendly but also very accommodating. We mistakenly thought that breakfast was included in our booking, and to our surprise, the staff graciously provided us with a complimentary breakfast for four. This thoughtful gesture truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my time at Swissotel Living Jeddah was fantastic. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Jeddah!

Good quality of breakfast, nice rooms, comfy beds. Maintenance staff really good ( with the leading of Richard). Lobby staff is helpfull and kind.

Swimming pool on the rooftop cannot be used after 6 pm. Thats the time when guests arrive back from daily programs and it would have been so nice to use the pool. In the 2 bedroom suite the plates, glaces are few. 2 of each. Its not really enough

I would say this is my 3rd stay at hotel , obviously they are doing right in all aspects for me to go back. rooms very clean , Location good convenient. In particular like to Mention Danish chikaliya name HK of the hotel and his team who keep the rooms and hotel Spic and Span.Keep it up great work.

They should add few TV channels options in English

The hotel is absolutely fantastic! Our first impression was lasting, especially when we were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. The pool and jacuzzi were incredibly relaxing, and the sumptuous and delicious breakfast was a great start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel – it's definitely worth the money. Thank you for everything, and we're looking forward to returning in the future.
