Location is about 10mins drive to Mall of asia, 15minutes to Ayala malls. Staff are very helpful and respectful. My kids enjoyed the Cat sanctuary

Air-conditioning in our room doesn’t work. Phone service and Wifi randomly disconnects. You can only avail of the buffet discount upon CHECKING-IN. Otherwise, you have to pay full price if you decide to eat at the Spiral buffet the next day. Checking out: get in line early as it’s a long wait! Food in the buffet is average, the staff makes it 5-star though. Some of the pool slides doesn’t work (actually, only 1 slide works duringnour stay), the pool water has leaves and not as clear also. Overall, not really impressed with the room compared to other 5-star hotels we’ve been to, but that’s just me.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast was amazing, staff really helpful and friendly

We paid for an upgrade to a bay view room but the bay is under reclamation and no longer exists. Wish the hotel would have let us know in advance as we wouldn't have paid for the upgrade. We got a parking lot view next to a very loud entertainement venue.

We really loved the staff, they all loved our daughter and made it a great experience. The pool was amazing, the bed was comfortable but the pillows are rock hard which gave us neck pain. They delivered a cot for our daughter at no extra cost.

The one staff not letting us lay down after we’ve just pulled an all nighter with our toddler, also not letting her be a kid by playing around, but all other staff did make up for that poor behaviour. The wind.. wowie, this was probably our worst nights sleep in our 5 weeks or travel. The door would open to let a breeze in that would create a wind tunnel like we’ve never heard before. It was outrages and for the price we paid- this definitely shouldn’t even be a problem. We didn’t like how the locals could come swim at the pool as at most Sofitels we have stayed at this isn’t allowed. We felt on edge having to watch our stuff as there was a random couple walking around looking on chairs (with no kids which is very odd).

We like the room was very spacious, the room has a balcony with a good scenery as it was opposite by the sea and poolside. There was a shuttle service from the hotel to MOA,therefore, we are allowed to do some shopping and soft play with our little one .there were a cot for our toodler. The check-in lady was very helpful, she ask to prioritise that we could check in early as we have a 2yr. Old son, that was a bonus.

The buffet lunch it was too pricey even though there was a 25 per cent discount, and there are no options for the Littlene to choose from. There should be an area for the toodler food . The room and the balcony need to be refurbished as it was too old and rundown

Clean, changed the beds sheets and towels every day, the swimming pool is good size with slides for kids, bar in the water, enough chairs to lye down, vue with balcony on the baies, no noise ,

Not enough at all to drink of water two small bottles in the middle of the summer, why put a window with blind in front of the sink with vue of our bed that I don’t get it, a deposit 20’000 pesos for two at the check in cold me up at the beginning, it could not wait a day. No specifications of booking.com or the hotel for that policy. The lady didn’t tell us where was the swimming pool. Very formal the entrance with scan of our things at the entrance. Empty fridge with out any drinks?

Near PICC and walking distance from Seascape village (lots of restaurants). Most of the staff were great and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was great! Lots of delicious choices. The beds were very comfy, AC was working well, lots of channels to choose from, loved the Balmain lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

The ceiling of the veranda has cracked walls which can be dangerous if there’s earthquake. The restroom could use a little more scrubbing. My brother experienced not so nice service from the guy staff at the check out counter. When that guy was facing foreigners who were the clients before my brother, he was all smiles and kind. But when it’s a Filipino (my brother), the attitude was totally different. That guy from checkout used a condescending tone and no smiles. Please treat all your customers the same, no matter what color of skin or race.

Excellent breakfast choices, very nice coffee shop and pattisserie at "Le Bar", friendly smiling staff in all areas of the hotel, balcony with great view.

Quite expensive breakfast charge for additional guests and a very long waiting time in the queue until you can enter. For such a hotel i would expect a better structure and avoiding of 30 minutes waiting time to enter breakfast. Very long check-in time after arrival as well, waiting around 40 minutes in a queue to start check-in.

we booked four rooms as we were travelling in a group. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was a huge variety of cuisines including Indian buffet breakfast. The pool was very good with kids water slides and poolside bar and catering. The best part was the safety as there were multiple lifeguards on the sight. They also porivded lifewest for all sizes as some section of the pool is 2.6 meter deep.

The bathroom can improve. The bathrub is very narrow and bit outdated. I would have loved universal power adapter as some of my gadet didn't connect to the Filipino socket.
