* The bedding for the extra beds wasn't very clean. They should be checked and washed more regularly. * There could be more hooks and rails to hang clothes * Doors slamming on the floor below shook the room * There was a disturbing noise either from the air conditioning or the upstairs machine room * The flashing of the fire alarm right above the bed was a bit disturbing * The bottom rail of the window was missing, making opening and closing it difficult for shorter people * There's no recycling

I've stayed in this hotel several times during work-related trips and keep returning to it. It has all the services I need: a cozy, clean, quiet, and well-equipped room. As a bonus, the bed is exceptionally comfortable, and I've always had a good sleep there. In my view, Omena Hotel managed to get the balance right - investing in the important things (cleanliness, comfortable beds, sound isolation) and ditching the unnecessary fluff (lobby, reception, etc.). The location is also perfect - just around the corner from the main square on the one side and a scenic walk by the Aura river on the other. It's really an excellent value for money.

Very cheap yet clean and comfortable hotel in a central location. We were surprised by the quality of our room considering the price. The area of the hotel is lively but safe. There are restaurants and shops nearby and it is easy to walk to many attractions. I was not familiar with this affordable chain of hotels but our short stay was a positive experience. The decor in the room is simple and minimal but very clean. Beds were nice! There was a small fridge in the room.

No reception but it was easy to check into the room without them.

Hotel is strategically located and most places were within walking distance. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The microwave in the room was helpful for us to heat up some light food and beverages. Check in was straight forward with clear instructions.

It would have been better if some basic cutleries and bowls are provided since a microwave is part of the facility in the room. There was only one wash gel provided which was meant to work as a shampoo, body wash and hand wash and this can certainly be improved.

We got password in time and entered without a problem, was a bit tricky to see an entrance, it was before the entrance to the garage, then we saw big signs. The room is big, also has kettle, MCV and fridge. The bath is good though the floor could become a bit wet when you take a shower.

There is no possibility to leave a luggage, that's Very inconvenient, by the way the railway station has no luggage room also.

The location was very good near most turist attractions, restaurants and shopping centres. The hotel personal was very quick with their responses to inquiries.

The floor was dirty, not too much but it was clear that previous guests had walked around with their shoes on and the floor was just vacuumed not washed. And the minifridge wasn't cold enough to keep contents cool.

Clean and spacious room with nice interior and lots of room for a bike too as a bikepacker. Price quality ratio 10/10. Location basically in the city center and very quiet place.

The elevator / room code and button combo is quite hard when you have bike and staff to hold at the same time. Maybe some keycard would work better and more easily? Without codes.

Excellent location, modern and clean, easy access

Only one pillow/pp on bed and no small towels(luckily extra bath towels). We stayed for three nights so clean up during the the stay was not included. We wanted to throw away some trash but couldn't find the facilities mentioned in the instructuons.

Did not see any staff - it does not have a reception but check in and out was very easy and well managed. Rooms were large and well set up

Because there is no reception there is nowhere to leave bags before onward travel after check out - I had to find bag lockers in the shopping centre

the hotel is centrally located, and it was easy to move around town. The rooms were extremely clean.

In my room the teas and coffees were not refilled . It could be better if every after 3 days the sugars and the rest be refiled every 3 days
