Excellent located in Saigon Centre - Takashimaya Mall. Very convenient if you want to hop out for some shoppping or a quick bite in the Food Court. The panorama view in the Lobby (on the 28th floor) and in the rooms is stunning! Almost all the staff is attentive and friendly, except for the people at the reception desk. Our room with kitchen is very well equiped with plenty of kitchen utensils.

Since Takashimaya Mall is so popular, there is always a traffic jam around the building. Ordering a Grab taxi can take somewhat longer. The staff at the reception desk often are staring on their mobile/computer and don't even look up when guests pass by. When they do: they often don't greet.

Gorgeous hotel. We were on level 34. The views are amazing. The swimming pool was really big with very nice views also. Jacuzzi temperature was the same as the pool, you can't get it warmer. Staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, it was nice that we could order a la carte. My spouse loved the salmon and avocado toast. The location was excellent, you can view many streets far away. The gym was a real gym with lots of equipment, they don't let you in before 6 AM. We ate at Lai a few times, it was good. The 3 bedroom was so spacious. It was nice to use the washer/dryer combo to get more clean clothes while traveling. Definitely will stay here again next time.

Laminate in room starting to warp a little.

Sedona suites is an oasis of peace and luxury in the middle of the hustle and bustle of HCMC. We had a 3 bedroom appartement on the 42nd floor with a stunning view over the City. Travelling with our adult children (21, 24 and 26), it gave us the right privacy (3 bedrooms) and yet the coziness of being together as a family. The staff is excellent: courteous, efficient, helping in every possible way. Special thanks to the Concierge team downstairs, that helped us with transport, restaurant reservations, etc…

I really can’t think of anything. Maybe: if Sedona would have had a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom appartement, we would have taken it.

This was by far one of the best 5 star hotel we have stayed at and that’s coming from someone that’s stayed at many 5 star hotels in Asia. Easily ranks top 5 for me and my wife. They brought me a birthday cake and sang me happy birthday at breakfast. We didn’t tell them to do it but they saw on the system it was my birthday and did it for us as customers. Amazing hotel. Can’t recommend enough. Breakfast was great, dinner there was great. Location perfect. Located in heart of city close to everything.

Only thing was wifi was a little slow in room on 32nd floor. But it wasn’t that bad we could still watch Netflix and YouTube. Just couldn’t fast forward to quickly.

Location is fantastic, staff is super polite and helpful, services rendered is superb, rooms are super clean and modern, very gd size and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is a gd spread too n the hotel Michelin standard Lai and Towa restaurant are superb - exceptional service, food is very reasonable priced n exceptionally delicious! Best is there is washer w detergent provided; big clothes rack also provided. View from our hotel is also fantastic!

Going to gym is a little hassle as we need to get the hotel staff to go with you to sign in at a gym centre which works in partnership with Sedona. The hotel itself does not have its own gym. Having said that, there is no booking needed to use the gym and there is always a staff ready and stand-by to bring you when you want to go, so I must say the service delivered is really good.

Location is great, most attractions are within walking distance. Unfortunately the weather was too hot & humid to walk outside for very long during the day. We didn't eat in the hotel since there are so many choices outside. Service was excellent.

Not that much. The carpet on our floor smelt a bit damp when we arrived, but after we mentioned to the staff, we didn't experience it again during our stay. On the first day when we walked outside the hotel, I was harrassed by some street vendors who poured water over my shoes so he could polish them - that was not nice. The street vendors were not bad people just a bit irritating sometimes.

Beautiful reception on the 28th floor with fantastic city view. Location is top for vacation with a moody toddler, in case of emergency you can always split and go to explore the mall until very closing. Also great for trying local foods on the B2 floor of the mall. The lighting system in the room was complicated. Wouldn’t have been an issue if we didn’t have a sleeping toddler to mind 🤣 Also we were charged deposit on the credit card upon arrival which is supposed to be returned upon checkout.

The location is highly sought after, situated directly above the Saigon Centre Mall. The elevated position affords breathtaking views. The accommodations are exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the showers provide a refreshing and invigorating experience. The staff are professional, overall one of the best I have stayed in. If I were to return, I would seek out Sedona Suites first because it is very convenient.

The cost is relatively high.

The location was great. You're within walking distance of a lot of great restaurants and bars. Also a street market. As with any location in a major Vietnamese city, the streets are dangerous, but this area seemed less so. Good for walking.

The setup of the hotel is a little strange. You enter at street level, take an elevator to the 28th floor (which is the lobby). Then get on another elevator to get to your room. I takes a while to get from your room to the street. But, it was quiet as a result of being so high.

The location of the hotel is great and within easy walking distance of the city centre, markets, shops and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and have all the facilities you need with great views across the city. The staff are very helpful and assisted us with arranging a city tour at very short notice.

Breakfast buffet was very good, but variety was not as good as other places we stayed in Vietnam. No complaints but it seemed a little more impersonal, a little expensive, and lacked a little character. It could have been a hotel in other big city (until you step outside).
