Room was clean with a cute balcony. Wish there were chairs out there. Kitchenette would've been great for a longer stay but we did use the fridge and microwave. Front desk was great and helped arrange taxis. Loved the filtered water station in the lobby area. In a quieter area. Got to check in early. Great AC in the room. Within walking distance to restaurants, convenience stores and breakfast areas. We didn't get breakfast through the hotel and glad we didn't.

The hallways/stairs were super dark and took the motion sensors a while to turn on. I wish we would've stayed closer to the train station. Super easy to navigate that so we walked there every day. Still not too far with about a 15 minute walk. There were also more restaurants closer to the train station.

A quiet street and walking distance to many restaurants and fantastic coffee shops. Our room faced away from street which avoided all street noise but we got a bit of noise from the restaurant downstairs in the evening. A spacious room but no sofa.

The suburb of Palermo is pleasant but you need to travel several kilometres to see the sights of Buenos Aries.

The apartment-style hotel was nice for our short visit to Buenos Aires. The room was spacious and clean. The location was good to walk to restaurants and close to Aeroparque Airport. Complementary breakfast was delivered each night to the room and placed in the refrigerator to avoid early or late excursions.

Dislike The breakfast was the same each day. A variety of breakfast food is recommended for a multiple day stay.

The rooms were spacios and super clean. They all had a little kitchen woth stovetop, microwave and electric kettle. the bathroom had a tb as well as a shower, wc and bidet. One of the rooms was on the backside and first floor and we could hear the music and talking from the restaurant below, but that´s in no fault of the hotel, and it was bereable. It´s a 10 minute wlak to Plaza Serrano and twp blocks away fron the Arcos District.

Amazing value for money, location, facilities, service and overall experience. The location is perfect, there was so much to explore within the 20 mins walk radius that I spent my days walking and exploring every corner of the surrounding blocks. The best restaurants and cafes in town are right there. The facilities were well maintained, the room had everything you need for a short stay, and it was very comfortable. the building itself felt very safe, and my stay was quiet and uninterrupted.

small detail, but the room had a strong smell of (maybe) massage oils in the first 2 nights I was there. eventually it went away (or I got used to it) but was a bit uncomfortable the first few days.

Had top floor inner room was quiet and had peaceful city building views. Room matched photos. Friendly, helpful, English speaking staff. Felt safe walking to bus and subway.

Heat goes off when you leave the room so room is cold in winter when you come back to it.

Well located, helpful staff, comfortable bed, moderate facilities, safe place.

WLAN is extremely slow and useless. In general, the flat looks much nicer in the photos than it actually is.

A great value for the price! The bed was comfy, the room was clean and neat, with aircon and a mini-kitchen, with a lovely balcony. The staff was very friendly. Located in a great area with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby.

The location is amazing, in the middle of Palermo, very central. The staff was very kind and helpful. The beds are huge and very comfortable! It was very clean and the bathroom has organic soap that smells amazing! The whole experience was great even to the small details.

The air conditioning wasn't very good and it was very hot these days

Very comfortable and clean apartments in the heart of vibrant district, close to anything what’s needed. Staff very nice, communicative and helpful, including luggage drop after checkout.

Only loud music playing by dawn in the surroundings making it pretty hard to rest
