The Brougham Arms Hotel is a very friendly place where the staff went out of their way to assist me with luggage and were very welcoming. The location is good - very close to the railway station and easy walking distance to the town centre. You can walk across to the hotel restaurant which has a good menu. The room was comfortable and well thought out - I liked the secret fridge/kettle behind the faux shelves.

It's a fairly small car park outside the rooms, so the cars do park closeby - which drivers would appreciate. There was a little bit of noise from the pub as it was a Friday night, but not much. A sign to mark where the reception was from the rooms would have been helpful.

this was an overnight on our way to Echuca, couldnt have asked for better place, checked in went across the carpark to the pub had a few drinks while we waited for our friends then back to room to freshen up, then 5 minutes later we were in having dinner. Had a long wait for our food and drinks were forgotten but the guys were busy and got things to us as soon as they could. Just shows its a good place, it would have been ok if the football team that were drop ins hadnt arrived in the bar and ordered food, but saturday nights you just dont know. Comfy night and off we went in the morning to continue on to Echuca

I liked that we were far from the bar full of bogans showing off in druken behavour,thinkng they made a good impression upon us.

My complaint is with the booking dotcom site that clearly says, free cancelation but in fact that is not true, we wanted to go home on saturday but the booking was not able to be canceld like the site said, so we would have paid for the room anyway, the guy at the hotel did his job well & was very pleasant, i admire his patience & form. a pleasant stay and we were glad we stayed after all. booking dot com. you suck

The staff were brilliantly friendly and caring. The bed was so comfy and we slept so well in it. The food was good bang for buck and tasted amazing.

The car park was a little tight for a bigger car. We struggled to find the reception for motel. The shower felt a bit like falling into a hole, perhaps a non slip mat option. We couldn't find the switch for the bathroom fan.

Good size rooms, the apartment was clean and well maintained. Really friendly and helpful staff members. On the day of check out, my daughter had a online class which goes till noon. We were told they cannot give a late check out till noon, which was understandable. However the manager made sure we were provided a quiet spot to do the online session in another part of the hotel. There was a nice outside area which we did not get to enjoy because we were on a short stay.

I booked 4 rooms including the 2 bedroom apartment. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and the decor is awesome. The shower pressure is great and the bed super comfy. Staff are friendly and check-in was a breeze. All in all, was very impressed with the size and cleanliness of the apartment.

The outdoor area hadn’t been swept and there were still cigarette butts in the ashtray. The kitchen whilst spacious lacked plates to use, and even though we knew it didn’t have a cook top, it seems almost a waste to have a kitchen that big without a cooking stove top - even just a single plug-in induction top.

The staff are friendly, the Irish pub and restaurant are amazing, best pub food we've had in a while. Highly recommend the Irish stew and Irish Parma. Easy walking distance into Bendigo CBD and tourist attractions.

The Shower was a bit leaky. Bathroom could do with some matinenance.

The Brougham Arms Hotel is away from the busyness of the city centre but still close enough to access the great restaurants and activities. It also has a restaurant on site. The bed was extremely comfortable and warm.

My only critic is better security on the doors like an additional chain latch.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Whilst close to the hotel where meals were being served, it was far enough away to be very quiet. The microwave and fridge/utensiles etc were just what we needed. We were able to walk into the CBD and in general found its location ideal .

Could have done with some dishwashing detergent and something to wash the dishes and wipe down the benches.
