Very nice place with friendly staff specially FAHAZ, gave us supperb breakfast he was a really nice person who gave us supprb service at the restaurant. Room was clean and well arranged nice palce with supperb view and we enjoyed staying there. Higherly recommended.

Our stay at Queenswood Cottages in Nuwara Eliya was nothing short of delightful. We loved the set up of the bedrooms. Incredibly spacious and unique. The staff were very nice, and even upgraded one of the bedrooms, which was very nice of them. It was a very nice hotel in an amazing location.

I ordered some pancakes/crepes for dessert at the restaurant... and they weren't the best unfortunately. However the rest of the food was good. We had breakfast very early too, and we had a range of choices.

The take away breakfast boxes they made as we had to leave for Horton plains at 5 am was one of the best surprise. Their breakfast is a set menu which you have to select from but they surprised us with many more things. The hotel has good facilities.

The fish in the fish tikka gravy we ordered for dinner was chewy but other than that they were spot on.

I had a wonderful stay with my family, and I would like to give a special thanks to all the friendly hotel staff. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of varieties. The location is great, since it’s located in the city center. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come back here if we are in Nuwara Eliya.

All in all a great place with amazing rooms and a crew that is as good as it gets. To be honest I have no idea how they average a 8.5, when it should be atleast a 9.5. Hadique, Fahaz and Hassan are great at their job and give you a great experience there. We booked it again after our first stay and highly recommend this place!

The breakfast was delicious, there were Srilankan dishes as well as western dishes, and the staff Mr Fahaz was very friendly and very attentive. The place was very calm and pleasant. Recommended for couples, friends and family too

They upgraded me to a delux room - 10x better than the standard. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant was good, but expensive.

Would recommend only if staying in delux room as the standard is dark/cold and not very roomy!
