When I arrived they did not see my reservation. I had the confirmation number and everything and they said I would have to call booking cause it wasn’t sent over yet for them to see yet in the computer. I was on hold for 30-40 minutes and finally went back to desk and said I can’t get anyone to answer. Another person looked in computer and saw my reservation. That was irritating. That was 30-40 minutes of my time I couldn’t get back. I could have been checked in and relaxing for those extra minutes. I did right on my end it was either the booking people or person at desk who fell short on their end.

The atmosphere was great, size of room was great as well. Enjoyed the breakfast bar too. Location was most important. Overall a very good deal for the money except for 2 things.

There were two things that did not go well with me one was the comfort of the mattress it was a little bit too soft and I could not get comfortable I have some leg problems and also some back problems and the second thing was the TV wasn't a smart TV it was just a regular cable so I wasn't able to use any of my apps to watch the Netflix or Prime, etc.

Room was very clean and comfy. Plenty of room. We brought our fur babies and they are big boys and the staff was very accommodating. All the staff was very friendly, especially at the front desk. The shower was always hot and the little kitchenette was very helpful.

The only things I can think of is that we had less than a half roll of toilet paper when we got to our room. The shower handle was a little janky. It needed tightening up. The last thing is room location with pets. It would have been easier if the rooms reserved for pets were on the 1st or 2nd floor and on the end with an exit door to a dog area. Instead of having to go through the front of the hotel with a dog needing to use the bathroom.

We had a wedding to attend and the reception was held at The Fennec/The Social. We loved that the hotel was directly across the street and a short walk to our room after the party.

Apparently a new card service was installed the day before we checked in and the system went down. We were never given keys and had to have an employee escort us to our room whenever we needed to get in. It was a bit of an inconvenience.

Doreen at the front desk was always very helpful, kind, and cheerful. The rest of the staff seemed much like her. The weekend breakfasts were better than average, esp the homemade biscuits!

The hallways were obviously not vacuumed, housekeeping seemed hit or miss, the coffee was not very good, and the bed linens did not fit the King sized bed well--they kept coming untucked at the corners and weren't wide enough.

The professional attitude of all the members of staff who could not be faulted in all that they done with regards to helpfully assisting myself and my wife from the moment we arrived to the moment we left.

Having to pay for car parking on top of the bill that had already been paid for.

The hotel was ideally situated for the BJCC where we were attending/competing for 4 days. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Colby and Carla. The pool and area was great allowing us to relax in the sun. The gym was adequate. There were lots of places around to eat too.

At times could be a bit noisy at night. But we moved to top floor to help with this.

So much space in the room, everything was so clean. The room was cold when we got in. Right across the block from the Children's Hospital. Security watched the parking lot at night, and it was also a keycard entry to park. So it felt safe. Plenty of wash cloths and towels in the room. Great hot water and hot water pressure. Beds were clean and comfy. The coffee provided in the room was even good. I was pleased to find complimentary water bottles too. The room had more to offer than we even took advantage of... dishwasher, mid size fridge, microwave, pull out sofa and ottoman with curtain room divider, mugs, plates, cups, an entire wall of counter space and cabinets... things for an extended stay. Breakfast had more options than you can imagine to suit any tastebud. My kids were thrilled. Front Desk attendees morning and night were so friendly and helpful. The women who put together breakfast were as well, and they did a wonderful job keeping the individual items stocked. They spoke to my children lovingly as a grandparent would. My Father in law needed allergy medicine that we didn't bring, and we were pleased to find it in the lobby store. We had an appointment early and all of us felt refreshed after our stay and breakfast here. Would absolutely stay here again. Overall the price I paid and our experience left me feeling like it was money well spent. Every need of ours was met and maybe even exceeded.

parking on site { $20/day tho :( }, lobby was clean, breakfast had variety of foods, coffee was good :), room was clean, large , sofa bed was fairly comfortable , close to Publix grocery , central location

only miss was cushions on sofa couch in room was dirty with spots, the mattress was clean tho :)

Room were cozy. Quiet facility eventhough it was pretty packed.. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Breakfast could be better. Yogurt machine wasnt working for 3 days . Weekday breakfast was good. Weekend could be better. Coffee was great. Only because i was traveling with kids otherwise i wouldn't care.
