The room was comfortable, clean and the balcony view was beautiful. I loved the room and would stay there again minus the food. The hotel is right next to the cruise ship location.

The restaurant was horrible. My husband and I had dinner and breakfast there and we will never book again here for that reason I did not see anything close by to order in food or drive and pick something up. The service was terrible. I had to get up and find my own condiments and walk to the waiter twice to ask for some water. The breakfast was a joke. Prices were WAY too high for the buffet and everything was empty. The waiter said they were waiting on them to bring out more food. I am not a person to complain or make a big deal but I wish someone would have told me when booking to explore other options when it comes to the food. The hotel is great just avoid the restaurant whatever you do!

It was a great location. Walking distance to where we needed to be.

Staff was not very helpful. I was charged twice even after paying thru booking.com. I said it twice that I already paid and they still charged me. First time the refunded shortly after. The second time is when we checked out on May 20th and we still haven't got our refund. It is now the 13th of June! Even after I said we already paid! Please do better!

I was on a first floor walkout and the view was spectacular. My room was large and comfortable. There was a restaurant on site, which was really helpful because I had no mode of transportation and I am not a fan of being a solo taxi passenger. The hotel also offered free shuttle to the cruise port about 1/2 mile away, which was a huge bonus for me and unexpected.

I'm sure being on the water has a lot to do with this, but my room felt damp and smelled mildewy. Also, while I would still give this hotel a good rating, primarily due to it's proximity to the cruise port, I do think it is overpriced and the restaurant, while good, was outrageously overpriced.

The View - PERFECT view of the pool, Queen Mary and beach with an AMAZING sunrise! The Room - Building 4 rm 4307, perfect size for my family of 3. stairs just to the right the takes you to the grounds, stairs to the left takes you to the parking lot. The Restaurant - AMAZING staff, breakfast was delicious with an wide variety of options for all diets. The Staff - AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING. The Cookie - AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING

The floors collect allot of dust. Coming right out of the shower, into the bed, you will have dirty feet on the white linen, if you don't wipe your feet before getting into bed. We laid a towel down between the beds to wipe our feet. Also the elevator was out of service but we didn't mind since it was a way to burn calories ;)

The property was very close to the festival we came to see. The staff was all super friendly and helpful. They had a shuttle to take us to and from the festival.

Not much bad to say about the property other than I think the price was very high for what we got (although it was a late booking due to issues with another room we had previously booked and it falling through)

Loved the view of the water. Loved the beautiful room we had and the scenery out our window was amazing. Also the grounds were amazing. The only thing we didn't like was the water for the shower wasn't very hot, and it got cold very quickly. Other than that, we enjoyed it there very much. Thank you

there were no towels by the pool and it was cold outside in the afternoon. we requested towels and it took 2 hours for them to come.

The fire pits and games for the family were super nice. Walking path was enjoyable.

Our room was next to the elevator and it made a horrendous noise every time someone used it. Hard to sleep in due to the noise. Purchased a s'mores kit and it had nothing to roast the marshmallows, purchased the kit walk back to the pit and they were shut off and never came back on. Little disappointed but still a nice stay.

Loved the onsite restaurant!!! I can’t say enough about the amazing food we had! I loved the close proximity to the Port, because we were there to leave on a cruise on the next day! Beautiful buildings and decor.

We were set to stay in a bay view room, and instead were put in a room that showed us 1/10th of the bay. A little frustrating but it was fine.

Beautiful property! All staff was nice and welcoming.

Someone vomited on the elevator which was reported, however, there didn't seem to be a sense of urgency for clean up. Understandably it was early morning and housekeeping may have been unavailable, but just seems as if it could have been taken care of better. However, it didn't affect my stay and I would still stay at this property again!
