It's a great location. Comfortable beds, nice towels. Room was clean, bathroom not 100% clean but I cleaned it. Breakfast was not huge but it was enough AND it was free!! Waffles, cereal, bagels, muffins, yogurt, sausage links, eggs, coffee and OJ. The hotel staff were very friendly and the front desk manager actually went into super sleuth mode when my car was hit in the parking lot. She watched the video, found out the drivers name and where he worked and turned all info over to the local police dept!!

The only complaint I really had was the ironing board and iron in my room were both broken and I was not able to get a replacement.

The people were great. The facilities were clean.

My son is handicapped, not feet, and uses a wheelchair. They put us in a second floor room, while looking at him and his wheelchair. Upon changing the room, we did get a first floor, but there was no tub, so my son could not clean himself. He needs a bathtub. The only items on the breakfast were sugary cereals, and bread products. We don't eat these so the breakfast had nothing for us. Don't advertise the free breakfast that you don't have.

Our room was on the first floor, which was very convenient. Parking was right outside the door. The location was terrific, directly across from a Wal-Mart supercenter, and right down the road from a great Ingles supermarket and many restaurants. Clemson was a half hour away, with a wonderful botanical garden and geology museum there. Pickens and Table Rock State Park were also about a half hour away, as was Greenville.

The newly installed bathroom shower could overflow if the shower lasted too long. There also wasn't much ventilation within the bathroom itself.

He was in a very good central location. What you received for the price was great! My bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The room was really roomy. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and did everything you asked. I really liked it. It was a really reasonable price. I will definitely be back again when I'm in town.

The only thing I didn't like about the property is that there was only steps to the second floor so no elevator so I did struggle a little bit with my luggage to get on the second floor with my bad back.

We actually lived here for about 6 months when we relocated from Charleston. We absolutely loved Doug!! Always so friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. Charity and Martha Ms Judy the housekeeper were all just great! We definitely recommend this hotel! Everything you need is all around you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I DIDN'T DO THE BREAKFAST DUE TO THE FIRST MORNING I WAS DOING BRUNCH WITH COUSINS. THE SECOND MORNING THE BED WAS TO COMFORTABLE SO I DIDN'T GET UP IN TIME. THE STAF WAS EXTREMEMLY FRIENDLY AND NICE. THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN. THE PRICE WASN'T BAD. THANKS FOR ACOMMODATING WITH DOWNSTAIRS ROOM. MY HUSBAND HAS BACK TROUBLE AND BOTH MY KNEES ARE BAD SO THEY WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING.

Only thing, which is my fault, I should have called to get box spring or platform removed from the bed, it was very high for me. I’m in a wheelchair and it was a struggle to get in and out of bed. Also there is only one ramp for a wheelchair user and that’s in front of the hotel, if stay at the other building you have to wheel all the way around the hotel to get to the front access point.

The price of the room was great and it was super comfortable ! I really liked the blinds for the room how they went all the way to the bottom. The bed was super comfy and not too firm. I also really liked that the room had a channel list of like ok this number was Disney and so on. The last few hotels I’ve stayed at didn’t have that, so for such a small thing that is a HUGE plus!

I wish you got more pillows for the king sized bed. This is a personal preference though, I have acid reflux so I have to sleep with my head kind of high up.

The beds were really comfortable. The rooms were cozy. The heating and air worked perfectly. TV worked. I loved the shade over the window. During the day it kept the room blacked out of you wanted to sleep in. Or you could have the shade up without anyone seeing in the room.

The showers took a long time to warm up. The microwave didn't always work. Had to manually hold knob to stay on. Shower curtains and bathroom floors were minimally cleaned.

It was extremely hot that weekend and we arrived later than expected and the room was cold. We didn't have to wait for the room to cool down. It was perfect, quiet and comfy. Breakfast was good, nice variety People were exceptional. When we entered the room , I had tossed my fanny pack on the table and put down my bag. It had covered the remote for the TV. I went to ask for a remote and they went out of their way to find one for me. My husband call me to tell me he had found it, I felt bad to have put them in panic condition, but it was not a problem to them.
