Great location right next to the beach and promenade. If you like walking, the Malvarrosa beach in Valešnja is about 4 km away, a great route for a morning or evening walk, along the beach or promenade. Great views from the terrace. Close to all the attractions of Valencia. 6 minutes by car to the Oceanarium or the FC Valencia stadium.

Rooms are clean but the standard needs renovation, probably from the 90s. When choosing rooms facing the sea, you have to bear in mind that there is constant noise from the sea waves, which made it hard to fall asleep, because the windows are not very tight. However, the views from the terrace were wonderful. We also did not like the fact that many rooms in our facility were rented to workers (probably from Ukraine), which is why it was loud and unpleasant in the evenings and especially on weekends. There were loud parties, arguments and fights. Loud music played on the terraces in Russian or Ukrainian made it difficult to relax. This is not what you expect when you buy a not-so-cheap apartment for a family vacation.

the location is amazing, very beautiful (my friend seeing my pictures said it is perfect location for youtube videos:). what I liked the most is how close the location was to the sea shore. Plus the beach was not crowded at all, sort of for residents only. The services of the property management company, was top notch. always available, helpful and nice. big thanks to the team, especially to Raisa, who made our experience is so smooth. would like to go there again

the only thing I would flag (not in the sense of not liking, but potential improvement area) is that bathrooms are a bit outdated. but everything work properly and was clean.

Our stay at this incredible place in Spain was nothing short of unforgettable! We were a large family of 15, and the property was perfect—spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate everyone comfortably across three generously sized rooms. There was plenty of space for both privacy and shared moments, and every corner of the home felt welcoming and well-equipped. From the stunning surroundings to the warmth of the hosts, everything exceeded our expectations. It was the ideal setting for quality family time, laughter, and lasting memories. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would return in a heartbeat!

Clean comfortable apartment with good space and good facilities eg washing machine, dishwasher etc. Couldn't be closer to the sea and views were lovely. Great breeze blowing through apartment which never felt too warm even when very hot outside. Lovely staff, very accommodating with early check in and late check out. Gave us a lend of balls, beach equipment etc to use while there.

Everything about the apartment was great, the only issue we had was with the pool. While it was lovely and we had free entry as guests of the hotel this didn't include sunbeds which you had to pay for (this wasn't an issue as it was only €2 per bed) but on a couple of days there were no beds available even shortly after opening time and the booking system was complicated.

Excellent location for a sun holiday. The beach is right on the doorstep, so there is no need to pack a bag for the beach. Complex is managed well, and there is a reception. Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, large smart TV. Air conditioning. The apartment is very spacious for a large family. Balcony overlooking the sea - the view is fantastic. You don't need to get a rental car.

Soundproofing is not great. Not a problem for us, it's a family resort and we were lucky with the neighbours. The beds are good but the rest of the furniture could be more comfortable.

No duvets .. with AC it was cold and without warm so we needed duvets for night but there was none also when we asked they did not provide. The seat cover of toulette was broken. The second bedroom had two single beds in a row so the feet of one person would touch the head of the next. The parking was almost not possible to find except very far in a sandy area. We were charged a deposit of 1000 euro and this was not mentioned . I have not seen it come back yet and in these cases usually if they charge something you can do nothing about it. The apartments were so cramped so if you sit in your balcony basically 10 more people are watching you.

The location was excellent, views were amazing. Restaurants and supermarket close. Beds were comfy and apartment was spacious.

Cleanliness could been better, walls had dried liquid splatter over them. Advertised ‘pool’ in description and photos is a paid public pool a short walk away, which was hugely disappointing. I was really looking forward to having lots of time by the pool! Coffee machine (in room facilities description) is a stovetop perculator, so make sure you know how to use one. Hot water is limited and we ran out one morning.

The location is wonderful and the apartment was ideally located next to the beach. The accommodation is very well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the rooms generously sized. Port Saplaya itself is a lovely place with meandering waterside walks, lots of restaurants and was generally very welcoming. The staff at Sea You apts were most friendly and helpful, could not have done more to make our 7 day visit there more enjoyable. Would be happy to recommend Sea You apta to travellers seeking a relaxing break while also being a short distance from the bustling city of Valencia.

Genuinely cannot think of anything that Sea View could improve on. The beach at port Saplaya does not have sun beds but a local store sells affordable comfortable lightweight reclining beach chairs that are easily carried to the nearby beach, not really a setback just good to know in advance.

Location of the venue is amazing, right next to a seaside. As well as rear side of the building has a wonderful view with number of restaurants located in a walking distance. The venue is highly recommended for those who want to spend significant time on a seaside. Beach is very clean and not very crowded. The reception staff was very helpful and provided us with extra towels as well as umbrella for the beach. Free parking is a big plus for those who plans to travel on a car considering the parking prices in Spain. I would choose this venue again.

Rooms overall are good but some refreshment would not harm.

Very clean, lovely location on beach front. Amazing view from balcony and we had a balcony on the rooms with view of the sea from your bed. The apartment was a lot bigger than I expected, 2 bathrooms 1 with bath & shower the other with walk in shower. Lots of storage, large living room/ kitchen area. There’s only 1 restaurant/cafe on this beach … only a short walk round the ports to the other side of the port where there’s a lot more. There’s a shop near the apartments and more shops at the other side of the port. Lovely walk and views through the harbour and some lovely restaurants over looking this and the lovely colourful houses. I found this location perfect as wasn’t as busy as the beaches further down Everything you need in the apartment… all the utensils in the kitchen , oven , microwave , kettle , toaster , iron & board , shower gel, cleaning products, coffee machine with a couple pods… no tea bags or sugar . Also we didn’t realise til 2nd day when I asked at reception that you could borrow beach umbrellas which was a big bonus. A swimming pool just a 2 min walk on the beach front with a pool bar serving drinks and food. Free access with a card from reception. We got a taxi with an app into València which was about 10/15mins drive depending on time of day with traffic and cost around 15 euros.
