Apartment was new, very good size with beautiful views of the mountains, with smart and comfy design and with plenty of storage. Excellent breakfast in the hotel across the road (and spa), reception staff went extra mile to get us dinner served from the hotel bar when we needed it most and other outlets were shut. And kids enjoyed the candies on the reception desk. Rightly one of the top places to stay in Cortina.

To reach the hotel you need to cross over one of the main roads leading to cortina, unfortunately cars don’t stop for you (and even honk at you instead) despite the pedestrian crossing. Cars park everywhere even over the crossing making it especially dangerous for kids - improving the signage would maybe help on the margin. As the property is right on that road the moment kids come out of the hotel you have to be all over them.

Really nice hotel in a great location! Super convenient to get to Tre Cime, Cadini di Misurina, Lago di Sorapis, Lago di Braies, etc. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed: well equipped kitchen (they provided water, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil), lots of storage, beautiful balcony and a nice shower. Lots of coffee places, restaurants, bars and supermarkets close by. There's also a pizza place inside the hotel, so we ordered pizza, fries and beers to the room after a long day of hiking. The staff was nice and helpful!

Parking in the property is a bit pricey, considering what you're already paying for the room: 20 EUR per night + some taxes per person per night, and you need to use their valet service. Otherwise you can park on the street and pay through EasyPark app. At the end of our stay they mistakenly charged us some dinners and drinks we didn't consumed, but we sorted it out :)

The rooms are nice and really spacious (for 2 people). The shower is strong and perfect after a full day of hiking. The staff are nice and helpful. The location is super easy to find and close to a decent sized supermarket.

It is hard to nitpick... but I guess the balcony is quite close to the busy road, hence not that enjoyable. Parking is perhaps a bit expensive but you do get valet service. Room service choices not the best as there is only a pizza restaurant on-site. But honestly these "faults" are really minor and barely made an impact on the overall positive experience.

Located in the heart of Cortina. The apartment is made of a small living room, a small bedroom and a bathroom. There is a small kitchenette added to the convenience. Spotless clean. Also liked the valet service. You just park the car next to the hotel and give the key to the reception. They will bring the car back whenever you need it. The view from the balcony was spectacular!

The bedroom part of the apartment was a bit tight. The bed takes most of the space. Lighting was not great either and the colour of the walls need to be re-looked at. These are all minor things though.

Friendly, very friendly hotel staff. We would like to specifically mention their excellent service and wish to help in any situation. Even the little things have been thought out in the apartment for a comfortable life. There is a kitchen with everything you need. It's important for us because we are traveling with a child. There is a capsule coffee machine yet. There is a nice bathroom with a bath, not just a shower. There is a cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed and nice linen. The child had a topping added to the sofa. He also felt comfortable sleeping. Good sound insulation. We slept very well. It was super clean in the apartment. Cleaning was done every day. It was nice to be back. Our apartment had a patio. Next time we will come back in winter and definitely stay here!

Beautiful views, great location and comfortable room.

My family became stuck in one of their lifts for approximately 15 minutes. It quickly became very hot in there and a little distressing as noone replied to us as we attempted to communicate through the communication system in the lift. The number of people and weight was well under the capacity of the lift, so we're unsure why it stopped. We understand that these things can happen, but when the lift finally was fixed, the staff were not apologetic at all, but instead gave us the impression they were implying it was our fault. Not a nice experience at all.

This property is all apartments managed like a Radisson Hotel with maid service. We reserved a one bedroom with living/dining/kitchen and a private balcony with a view of Tofane Mountain. It was awesome. There was an amazing amount of storage and everything was like new. The included breakfast across the street at Hotel Savoia was lovely! We were entitled to use the hotel's pool as well but we never had time. Lifts to Tofane and Falaria are a short walk away and the Conad market is around the corner. Great location and great space!

Absolutely fantastic service. The valet took care of our car, and we were able to pay to park our car there for an extra night when we were going to a Rifugio. They stored our luggage, and arranged a taxi for us for an early departure. All the staff were very friendly. We didn’t get a chance to use them, but spa services are available across the street.

Only thing I would say is the 20 euro/day parking fee was a bit steep, and no breakfast was included. We stayed at other hotels around the same price with free parking and included breakfast.
