Great little hotel in the centre of Vichy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Car parking could have been difficult but there is an underground car park just across the road which was helpful, although a bit pricy at 16 euros for 2 days. Close to all that Vichy has to offer and we had a great time and would recommend the hotel.

Room was very small and we found it difficult to move around especially after showering.

Excellent 3*** hotel. Well pitched for this level. Well managed. Answers emails promptly. Bike storage. Stayed two nights with a scheduled room change executed efficiently. Rooms of a reasonable size for this type of French hotel. Handled .my scheduled but slightly complicated late arrival without hassle..

Very comfortable room, helpful staff and a brilliant location (coud not have been better). Near the city but a quiet road.

The kichenette in the room could have been better equipped.

Clean and quite central.responsive staff.nice breakfast. Airco was top. Other clients had style. Interesting references of things to see in the lobby.old classy establishment in Vichy but not pretentious

The triple room we had was quiet and roomy. We had AC and a little fridge. Beds were very comfortable. The staff were wonderful, warm, welcoming and helpful.

I thought the buffet breakfast available a little overpriced. There's no lift/elevator but staff automatically carry your luggage upstairs. Actually, there's nothing I didn't like.

A nicely renovated older Hotel in a good location. The rooms received an appealing make-over with modern furnishings and bathrooms. Lovely breakfast room. The staff is very helpful. Parking around the corner at a park house.

Good, varied breakfast, and excellent central location. Air conditioning was welcome too!

The only real glitches were a slow-draining shower and a bit of misunderstanding over times for breakfast.

Staff were very good. very accommodating

Whilst it’s been well refurbished, the building is old so it’s quite noisy. You can hear the other patrons.

The breakfast was excellent value and we enjoyed the continental range. Very well organised. The whole building was exceptionally clean and there was an air of calmness. Bijou and charming like a boutique hotel So easy to walk to the shops and restaurants. Advance warning to park the car at La Poste was appreciated

Would highly recommend this hotel. Had the weather been better we had the room with the little balcony. Would have loved to use the furniture provided and enjoyed an evening drink out there!
