Value, clean, location, comfy beds. The pool area is small but very clean, gets good sunshine. Loved the free snacks in lobby and the lobby bathrooms availability since we were a big party with one toilet. Walkable to many restaurants near the ferry landing side. Grocery store a block away. Free underground parking and elevator was very nice.

Bathroom small. We stayed in a family suite and there were five of us and there wasn’t enough counter space for our toiletries, or many plugs in the bedroom area.

Everything about the breakfast was awesome and a good variety. This is our first visit to a Best Western property, and I was impressed with the comfort of the beds, mini kitchen space, and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly and especially gave us some good tips where our family of 3 generations could go out for dinner. The market close to the hotel gave us the ability to buy beverages and snacks which was helpful!

The eggs at breakfast need some help. Our room the day before we left was never cleaned. We did not have a do not disturb sign on after 8:30 am and the maids were on the floor when we left.

Professional Staff, Clean Room, Housekeeping was excellent. All facilities were clean and functional. Exellent location for exploring Coronado and the SD area.

My Window facing busy street coming from the Coronado Bay Bridge, Traffic which included a very loud Bass sound from multiple vehicles causing the windows to shake.

While I did not eat breakfast there; only b/c I was visiting family, I believe it was Juan who helped me. I know in your records it will state who helped. HE WAS / IS AN ASSET to the company. He represents you as a corporation, and he would have me come back to stay there. Polite, considerate, informative, honest, reliable, always present if something as simple as a towel was needed. Kind, respectful. IAtrue statement to his own personal character. I do hope you acknowledge that more than a piece of paper saying, " good job" . Good help is not easy to find, and GREAT help, like he was, is rare. Take care of your employees, and they will take care of you. THank you so much for a great stay.

All the staff were very friendly, like they owned the hotel themselves. Parking was good, but a bit tight under the hotel. Room 318 was very large, plenty of room. They use Keurig coffee makers and refill with various blends, so if you want a specific type, they might have it.

First Best Western we've been to that did not have make your own waffles. With so many people charging USB devices, would have been nice to have some USB outlets. There were enough regular outlets, so not a big issue.

Great location, complete necessities in the room such as toiletries, microwave and fridge. Spacious room and even bathroom. Inclusive breakfast.

Elevator was out of service the time we were there. Scrambled eggs during breakfast was a bit dry on both days we ate. Suite room has a full bed instead of at least a queen.

The complimentary breakfast was yummy each day. Not far from the bus stop to take you into San Diego or the ferry is 10 minute walk roughly. The staff were all friendly, happy and helpful.

The shower pressure wasn't the best and water temperature was tough to get it just right.

Great location. Able to walk to everything. Main beach about a mile away but smaller beach and ferry to San Diego just a few blocks. Comfy bed and pristine room.

Could hear slamming doors from time to time. No outside noises during the night though. And could not hear TV or conversations of other guests. The pool was under repair but it was too cold to swim anyway so it was not a problem.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything you need. I liked that there was free parking. Overall, the impressions were positive and I can happily recommend this hotel.

In principle, everything was fine for breakfast, but the breakfast was a bit weak in terms of variety.

Breakfast was great. Location was very good. We walked everywhere. The bay was very close for a morning run. A grocery store and restaurants were very close.

The early morning traffic coming off the bridge was loud. I would hear the people upstairs and next door.
