great location, close to restaurants an 10 min walk to grocery store

Location is great with a great variety of restaurants and cafes directly beneath you. Communal areas are fun with pool tables and games and open kitchen area. Room was very comfy and the staff was easy to reach via Booking app and Whatsapp. They also acknowledged my issues (none really) and respected my privacy requests.

Please add curtains to the windows facing the inner courtyard. My room had a direct view of the communal area and there were string lights that stayed on all night which even with the frosted windows illuminated my room at night.

The location is close to restaurant and center of city. Great room set up. Great for security but ignoring for access all door required you to have someone tag you in.

I got wifi but not to the apartment assigned which didn’t let me connect to the tv. TV is not connect to cable or air channels so couldn’t do much. WiFi felt insider as my iPad keep messaging network was not safe. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper or inside trash cans are tool small for an apartments style room.

We stayed at this property back in February and we had a very good experience so we decided to come back again..

This time the room that we got had a lot of broken things…one of those was the window handle was broken so we couldn’t close it at night, there was no black out curtains in the room and some other broken things…even though the room had a lot of details that needs to be fixed, the property still nice and comfortable..

I really like how safe it was. There are keycards used to get into the property, into the parking lot, leaving the parking lot and into the room. The parking is a parking lot not a garage, but again, it’s very safe. I loved that we are able to bring my dog, for a few of 500 pesos which today is like $30 for our stay. Online it says it’s a fee for anyone staying 1-7 days. While my dog rested in the apartment, we went out and explored the city. We had no issues with her staying alone. One thing to note, is that there isn’t a place to take your dog to do their business, so you have to go outside to a small section of rocks or in the median of the street that has grass. They have security 24/7. I’ve read reviews about the noise from the bar next door and we stayed on the first floor right across from it. The noise was very muted. It really did not bother us. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The shower is small, so if you’re bigger, it is kinda hard to move around. I liked that there was a full size fridge and a small stove top. If you Olán to use the community kitchen you have to have your own lighter to ignite the stove.

The internet would take a long time to connect or would be very slow. We connected to the correct floor internet as indicated and still had these issues. One thing to note is that they take pictures of your IDs for all adults. I felt a bit uncomfortable with that since it has personal information on there. They did say that this is for security purposes and to ensure everyone entering the hotel is supposed to be there. But this can also work if they just take pictures of us and not the IDs.

Place was nicely stocked in a good location. Had a lot to offer with kitchen and some of the staff was good.

We were not communicated check out time and when planned to stay same time as previous hotel they can to out door at 11:05 saying we would be charged $50 usd if we didn't leave in 5 minutes. We didn't get to shower. The room was clean but I found fake nails left on the floor from previous guest. Was a little gross.

This is our go to place when we visit Tijuana once per month. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. One young lady at the front desk even spoke English! The rooms are large and private. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

We asked in advance for a quiet room. We were disappointed when we arrived to learn that our room was right next to the night club. The staff tried to be accommodating but there we were told ther were no other rooms available.

The room is very spacious and setup is pretty nice. I feel like home. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

There’s no desk for computers and cabinet is way too low to tuck my legs in. Not so good if you have to work with your laptop all day like me.

The staff is very attentive with all clients not just me. They’re very apologetic, and responsive when on site if you have any issues, concerns, or questions. I don’t feel I come to a hotel, but rather a second home! It’s kinda cozy and the feel I get from each of the staff, and the general vibe around here it just makes me so comfy! I love the location, it’s near several points of interest as well.

The privacy, these are apartments & not a simple hotel room; they are clean, comfortable full sized apartments, two bedrooms with two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining & living room, & we chose or with a balcony, it is a wonderful place to stay for business or pleasure. Thank you EasyLiving!!
