When i first arrived, i didn't like was i saw. The area looked sketchy and not in great condition. I got there super late and my kids and I were tired. I liked that it was really surprisingly clean. There was a bell guy who helped with our luggage and parked my car. He was really attentive. The guy who checked me in was nice too.

I didn't like the breakfast. Not much to choose for the complimentary breakfast. I also went downstairs just for coffee while my kids slept and the lady didn't want to service me even though I had the coupon on hand. She wasn't very nice. I had to ask for cream and sugar and later, a spoon. And finally I went back downstairs for coffee to go and again, she didn't want to service me. My kids and I left and didn't leave with my coffee. 😒

Most staff we came across throughout hotel were very nice and friendly. The suit was specious and cleaned. Our suite had a small fridge, microwave and sink. We were so comfortable that we did not want to leave. Definitely coming back.

A staff that took our order during the complementary breakfast, She took at least 15 minutes to acknowledge us and wasn't that busy. We waited patiently and didn't say anything but when she finally took our order she seemed annoyed. Our order was very simple, five pancake orders, three juices and two coffees and she got it wrong. When she brought the coffees she didn't provide any cream or sugar until another person came by and we asked for it. By the time they brought them the coffee was a little cold for me. The breakfast was good but it did arrived cold. I normally don't complain because I know staff is usually busy but it made our breakfast very unenjoyable.

Location to airport. Simple restaurant on site. Nice staff. If you have mobility issues, be aware the rooms are on the second floor and there's a big staircase to climb.

Ride to the airport is more expensive than local taxi or Uber. And there's a wait as the hotel shuttles you individually in a private car. So be mindful of time even though the airport is 5 minutes away.

The room and how quiet it was

Checking in was tough with the host. When I booked the room on line I chose to pay during check in. Well my card was charged 1 day before check in. Then when I get ther the host said that all rooms had been booked. I told her that I was charged for my room already online. So she went through her computer messaged someone and then recieved a phonecall that let her know what room to lut me on. Well she booked my room and charged me again! I went a bit on a budget and she left me 91$ short that i could of spent out there.

Parking availability while we are away. Everything was very clean and secure. Staff was very helpful with regard to our luggage.

The check-in process was very cumbersome, as was the parking. Service in the restaurant was slow and main courses were warm, not hot. French fries were served cold. Good prices!

The room was great it had a modern feel to it and it looked like it was renovated. The staff was friendly and the service with the cleaning of the room was great.

The only thing I did not like was the tile floor being part of the bath floor because it was slippery. My wife fell walking out the shower to the rug where the bed was. She fell before she could take a second step. This is my only dislike but other than this all was great.

Great location...near restaurants and close to Airport. Restaurant staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was a little moldy, stuffy, and damp. Bed linens could have been fresher.

Really nice place to stay. Close to airport and restaurants. The only negative remark is the lights in the hallway outside my room kept flashing off and on all night, and the window shade couldn't cover the window enough to block out the light.

Clean, good (light) breakfast. Oxxo near the hotel. Tasty and cheap taco cafe in the cross of the hotel. It hotel is cheap and comfortable if you need to sleep eat, it’s near from airport and not far from USA border (8 minutes on taxi). Me and my family were happy to spend our time there!!!it was safety-it was the most main reason for us . This hotel did this!!!

Cleanliness, very nice/welcoming staff, good price, very close to the airport and the border. We didn't eat breakfast there because we had family invite us out, so I can't rate that. But overall I'd return to this hotel.

Definitely needed to have more than 2 towels and only 2 of the 5 pillows pictured were comfortable.
