I liked the room, the modern technology, and the style. I loved the bathroom and the extra storage area, and I loved the mirrors. Loved the light settings although, they could use 1 or 2 more light settings.

The staff at the reception was not attentive or informative. I called and asked for help because my blinds were stuck and they hung up the phone when I spoke English. I called over and over and they did not answer. Finally, when I found someone to talk to, she said she was sending someone but no one came. I had to sit in the dark the whole morning. I went to the pool area but could not find any towels, I looked around and walked around wondering. I looked for someone to help me but no one cared to help, I ended up not going into the pool at all when I picked this hotel because of the pool in the first place!

The food is good, but not spectacular. The rooms are very clean and the design is contemporary and new. The pool terrace and succulent garden are beautiful. Staff is exceptional!

The food was mediocre and expensive for Mexico. Every single person was accommodating and wonderful, except one older woman with grey hair at the reception desk...she had a very negative response to everything and was just not very pleasant to deal with. Also, the music at the pool needs to be reevaluated, it was rap music on all five days I was there.

I like the facilities they were well decorated, the place was clean, it was new, and it had all the amenities I enjoy (spa, gym, restaurant, pool, jacuzzi, etc). The staff was beyond the best I've had in high end hotels. The food was incredible (during breakfast @ the restaurant). You must try the Tortilla soup and go to their spa! The hotel is close to many places, the nearby places are very convenient.

The room service was a little under what I expected, and they made a few errors in my order. They charged me for self parking 😒

I’ve stayed here twice and the staff is great but what really stood out was Monserrat’s customer service. During my first stay the hotel didn’t have a concierge. I let her know that I wanted to fill the room with balloons for my Fiancé’s birthday. Well she also recommended champagne and chocolate covered strawberries from the hotel which where an extra touch. This time around I didn’t search for other hotels around the area. I knew exactly where to stay to feel comfortable and safe. I truly believe the hotel and staff cares by providing friendly services and makes the guest feel at home. I love personally love the tranquility of the hotel.

I have been going to Tijuana for a year to get implants I have stayed at the Quartz many times over the year. It’s like coming home when I walk in the bellman always says welcome back Ms.Thompson and takes my belongings. The front desk were all new employees she did okay but didn’t give me all my breakfast tickets. There was one positive change you can now charge everything to your room saving taking money to the pool for drinks. The room wasn’t what I was used to it was a care room for those who have surgery. It was on the 5th floor the view of the pool was beautiful. I love the day beds and the jacuzzi is a must. When I went to breakfast I got a warm welcome and a hug from my favorite employee who helped me when I had all my teeth pulled. There’s no ice on the floors so you have to call room service to bring it.When Lutz saw how swollen my face was she went and got me an ice bucket that was full. Then she brought me another one before she went home. Lutz and Esmeralda in the dining room are fabulous servers ask to sit in their section you will have Ritz Carlton service.

The rooms are not sound proof so bring ear plugs. You can hear loud car engines all night. The hotel doesn’t allow service dogs. My next trip to Tijuana I will stay in a hotel that excepts dogs! 🐶

Very clean, easy to get around. Amazing friendly service from every single employee , including the housekeeping. More than enough choices of food in the single hotel, and convenience with 7-11 and a pharmacy in the same area. GREAT food at all the restaurants. Immaculate gym and an overall sense of wellness in the entire building, even the details. Very safe area and always an abundance of taxis/ubers ready to take you anywhere, right at the front of the building

Everything was great except 1 thing

There is a complementary breakfast , continental but they never tell you where to get it 😮‍💨😮‍💨 so I went down stairs where everyone was eating a kind of restaurant and I said a continental breakfast on my room . So they brought the continental Breakfast of their menu and I HAD to PAY for it . Lameeeeeeeeee saying that the continental breakfast of their menu even tho I said continental breakfast on my room . Disappointed and just because of that I will never stay at this place

Fantastic Hotel. Adjacent is “The Park” it conglomerate of 10 to 15 restaurants all in one place and you can order across all the menus. Friday and Saturday entertainment was pretty good with a live band and people generally having a good time. There are also other restaurants adjacent to all the ones in The Park, that were pretty good. Room service and the food was OK to good. And the place was clean. The staff was wonderful.

We had bad luck in the room, but nothing but changed my overall opinion of the hotel, which I would definitely return to. First, our phone didn’t work and they couldn’t figure it out for a day and a half. Second, our refrigerator would not keep anything cold and that had to be changed out. Lastly, it took two days waiting for someone to come fix our bathroom drain when by chance we ask the cleaning person and he said oh I’ll take care of it right away and he did. All in all I really enjoyed this place

The location is perfect, near the border and in a shopping plaza w/ restaurants and shops. There's a yummy taco area across the street. The pool area is beautiful and the jacuzzi was perfect. The gym is great and the spa looked lovely. The room was spacious and the blackout curtain was very helpful.

The toilets in the gym/ spa area were low flush toilets. You had to wait some time for the water to fill up again so you could flush it.

need to get off the light control and make it simple it doesn't work, and it looks cheap internet should be upgraded with speed, and the spa should be available until 10 All other aspects are reasonable, but the hotel price is a bit high. The internet also needs to be upgraded for better speed. Additionally, the spa should be available until 10 PM.
