We loved everything about 1906 Lodge. It has such a tranquil feel and the area is very quiet and within easy walking distance to the beach, bars and Corronado Village. All the staff were super friendly together with a great room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a lovely surprise with something different every morning. Corronado is such a beautiful place and very chilled. We used the City Tour Trolley to discover San Diego and one of the stops is 5 minute walk from 1906 Lodge. Highly recommend for couples.

The lodge itself is charming, clean and very comfortable. We slept incredibly well due to the extremely comfy bed/bedding and quiet location. The staff was great! We also found the location very convenient to the town and the beach!

This is VERY minor in the great grand scheme of things but if I were the owner I'd appreciate this suggestion. More and more bars and restaurants are offering a least one (if not a selection of) non-alcoholic beers. My husband and I love them. I had called ahead to see if that was an option and was told it was not.

I had some time for sightseeing during a trip to the area. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. I was welcomed and made to feel welcome straight away. Sundowners and breakfast was great. My room was really comfortable and I had a great nights sleep. The lodge has very interesting history if you have the time to spend learning about it.

Paid parking, however you can park on the street as well for free. I wish I could have stayed longer.

I was amazed that they actually had on-site underground parking. I just assumed that Parking would be a couple of blocks away and it was not. Wonderful. Also the innkeepers were amazingly sweet and kind. The breakfast was delicious we only got to partake of it because we had an early flight the next. I just have lots of good things to say about it . It’s also really nice that they had bathrobes available.

The distance to a variety of things were a bit off. The beach is a bit farther away but we did not have time to visit it anyway. Truthfully I could not ask for a better more low stress stay. I would recommend this to anyone. We were there for my husband’s graduation he received his masters degree from Embry Riddle University.

The food at the included breakfast and happy hour was excellent. The room was quaint, and the location of the property, a block off Orange Ave, was a great location for walking to dinner and strolling around Coronado Island.

Booked an ADU room by mistake, and wished we had booked a room with a fireplace. Also didn't know about the parking fee of $30 per night. We could have tried to find street parking, but the underground parking was convenient and secure and therefore worth the extra cost.

This is a great place to stay - close to everything you could need and the staff were very accommodating when I asked for a vegan option for breakfast. Really enjoyed the food! The room was very spacious and comfortable, the bed was also huge and I had a great sleep. The bathroom was amazing - a huge whirlpool bath and a very spacious shower. Excellent place to stay!

The staff is super friendly and helpful. It was nice to sit and relax for happy hour with drinks and appetizers. The location was great and nice clean room. The breakfast was really good in the morning. The only thing was our room key got deactivated because my husband put it in his pocket with his phone. Don’t put it anywhere your phone. Will definitely stay again.

Charming little hotel with a great location. We really enjoyed the breakfast that was provided every morning. It was different every morning and a good variety and every meal was delicious. We also really enjoyed the happy hour hors d’oeuvres. The staff was friendly and attentive. 💯 recommend

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the 1906 Lodge. The service was outstanding- so helpful and kind. The food was delicious- we enjoyed 4 breakfasts and 3 happy hours. Great variety!!! And our room was beautifully appointed. It had Everything we could possibly need. Overall a fabulous stay.

Shower pressure was a bit light.
