Excellent location with eating and entertainment within walking distance. Staff was extremely friendly and focused on ensuring guests received 5Star service.

One of the days our room was not cleaned however it was during the New Year’s Eve therefore assumed limited staff on site.

Easy check-in, comfortable bed/room, plenty of great food options, one of the better hotel gyms I have used, and a friendly staff.

No fault of the hotel but the amount of homeless/drug addicts in the area is concerning if you have kids or a family.

Lovely hotel, reasonable service and great location. Luxurious pool view room with a huge and comfortable bed. The pool was well set up for fun afternoons.

The pool is only on the third floor of the hotel, and doesn't get sun in May until about 12. The pool loungers fill up really quickly so it's difficult to find space. The hotel has a nightclub in the basement, which even from the 8th floor was clearly audible. The hotel itself is in a very buzzy late night part of town, so be prepared for that!

The pool area is amazing. Rooms are clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

They stopped serving complimentary coffee at 9am. I like to sleep late so I missed it every morning unfortunately

Location was spectacular, staff was so friendly and attentive. We felt super safe and taken care of while we stayed. The view from our room was so nice to wake up to.

The only thing that could have been better was out purchase of the trolley tour tickets. The concierge was not very knowledgeable. We got told the wrong times of the trolley pick up and was given wrong directions.

Great location (Petco park 2 min walk), clean, friendly staff and valet was excellent. Nason’s beer hall (restaurant inside Pendry) was brilliant, has its own games room.

Lobby was closed whilst under ‘maintenance’ so had to use a different entrance. Got back to our room at 16:30pm and it had not been cleaned (because of it being a busy check out day), reception did sort it but it took 2 phone calls to do so.

very large room with high ceilings and contemporary layout and furniture. Location in the heart of Gaslamp quarter was the added bonus with plenty of classical and funcky eating places around. It was a walking distance to the convention center and the walk through the downtown was enjoyable. Additionally, the staff was super friendly.

Roman was so wonderful at check in to ensure we had everything we needed. Staff were wonderful and attentive. Room was gorgeous great location in the heart of everything. Staff treated us.as people they were interested in. Hot tub at the pool was a nice discovety. Energetic vibe.

I wasnt able to get a full receipt at check out because the room was prepaid through a 3rd party vendor. Because of this I couldn't get reimbursed for my business trip. Parking was very expensive, but valet were wonderful and very friendly.

The location of the property was excellent with a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff were extremely hospitable and tended to every need and want. The stay was an incredible and relaxing time with the staff as the highlight.
