The hotel is centrally located. If you want to be in the middle of all the action this place is a great option as you will be surrounded by bars and restaurants. The room was perfect, tasteful and comfortable with all necessary amenities.

The check-in was a bit stressful. The information received to be able to self-check-in wasn't complete at first so we had to call to get further instructions. This took quite a while to resolve. The response time was very slow.

The general location is very noisy until very late at night. My room was on the third floor at the back so I had very little street noise at all and that made the stay MAGIC ... BIG party at the front (a few seconds away) and blissfully quiet in the room when you were ready to sleep

I can't fault anything. The wifi password wasn't available when I entered, but that took less than 5 minutes to fix.

Location right in the gaslamp quarter, convenient to the convention centre and anywhere in San Diego downtown. Ear plugs were provided to shut out the party outside.

A little loud from the pubs below, so reluctant to open the windows.

Location is perfect in the heart of the Gaslight district right near great restaurants and entertainment. Close to transport and activities. Perfect for Comic-con!

If you’re looking to be in the heart of the gas lamp, there probably is no Better place to stay. Unassuming from the outside; we had a whole apartment to ourselves, that was spacious and comfortable, clean and modern. Definitely will be booking this place again next time I’m in San Diego. Literally between all the bars and the nightlife, a few blocks down from Perco park. Thank you Sonder, I’ve been using your properties and services more and more as I travel the states.

They had more kitchen equipment than I expected.

Had difficulty with code devices at both bldg and room entrance. Had to enter code several times before door would unlock.

Location was in the middle of the Gaslamp and very convenient for our stay loved everything about the property easy to access , no one bothered us and the room was very nice and tidy

Very clean and comfortable room in a good location. Nice kitchen facilities and free WiFi

The room was located above a busy bar, it didn’t bother my friend at all but it did make it a little hard for me to fall asleep. The hotel did provide earplugs for this reason so I still had a good sleep but I wish this aspect was slightly better advertised as I wasn’t expecting it. The air conditioning was also very loud so bring good earplugs if you plan to stay here.

Everything was amazing, so much space, loved the living room area and the view was great! so much space!

the only thing is the noise from the Pub downstairs at night. the bedroom is right above it so we had to sleep on the pull out couch one night and then use the earplugs and wave machine to cancel out the noise the other two nights.

Comfortable bed. Location was good. Kitchen was good

Pull out bed mattress was old. Elevator out more than once. Heavy luggage on 3rd floor.
