The staff are really great and everything was clean and well-managed. The rooms are small, but it seems like all of the other nice hotels nearby are more expensive.

There's nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but the location is not ideal--right at the heart of the bar district, and too close to the Padres stadium. I stayed here while attending a conference, and it was sometimes difficult to get to sleep because of the noise coming from the crowds on the street, the clubs, the stadium, and the hotel's rooftop bar (which seems very popular).

The property is good. Stayed there once before in the past and was pleased that it was just as pleasant again this time. The place was clean, room was clean, and the staff were friendly. I had been there earlier than check in time and they allowed me to wait in the lobby and I only waited 5 min before they notified me of a clean room. And then I forgot to bring my toothpaste, but they gave me complimentary toothpaste.

The room was not too spacious and the bathroom sink had poor pressure??? Not too sure, but I didn’t care for the faucet design. And the pillows are too soft.

It is conveniently located within walking distance to the convention center where my meeting was held. Plenty of food and drinking places within the vicinity.

The room rates were crazy expensive. But i figured the high rates were due to the big medical convention that was happening in San Diego. There wasn't a kettle in the room which would have been appreciated. I could make some instant coffee or cup noodles.

Overall the stay was great, although I was on there for the weekend it was nice to feel relaxed and comfortable

I did not like the parking situation I had to find street parking because it was $65 to stay over night and I thought that was expensive and I thought I wouldn’t have to worry about parking since I was staying at the property.

The location was great to walk around downtown SD and two blocks from Petco Park! Lots of different restaurants close by and the rooftop eatery, the Nolen, had breathtaking views and good eats

Parking situation isn’t great anywhere downtown and the only safe solution was valet parking service at $65/day

Perfect location, in walking distance to everything and we walked everywhere. Lovely and friendly staff.

The only negative was that the rooms are a little small. Everything we needed was there but the space is tightly packed. We asked about bus service and no one seemed to know that you can catch a bus to the zoo from Broadway. Quite easy and convenient.

The property was very clean, nicely designed lobby and rooms. They provided eye masks and earplugs because it can get noisy from the nightclub right in front of the hotel. The bathrooms were very nice with full size bathroom products.

There is no space to park for checking into the lobby. Makes it very stressful trying to grab bags out of car. It’s $60 a night to park your car which is pretty expensive considering the cost per a night.

The location of the hotel to the bars and the restaurants was so ideal. The staff was incredibly responsive and kind! I was surprised when I received a text from the hosts through my stay asking if there was anything I needed. Very accommodating! If I need to stay down in downtown San Diego again I will be staying here.

The price of Valet was a bit much. I understand why it needs to be, however, when I am paying $300 per night, $60 for valet feels a bit much. Everything else was exceptional!

The rooms were clean & comfortable and the location was perfect. And the staff were very nice.

Parking is too expensive ($65/nt)! And cleaning up our room should be done w/o having to request it. I know we're paying for it in the room rates.
