We really liked the hotel. We really love the pool and lounge area. I do wish the pool hours were longer. I would’ve loved to sit on the rooftop at night to get some outdoor relaxing time. It was ridiculously hot on Sunday and Monday. We did not spend much time up there during the day.

The street noise inside of the room was ridiculously loud. And I realize you can’t do anything about that, except the noise canceling sound machine in the earplugs already in the room. That was a great idea. For the most part, it worked the trash truck, however Monday morning at 5 AM was not canceled out by the noise machine. Booo One crazy silly thing about San Diego. I had the hardest time finding black iced tea. Which I found to be kind of crazy.

We love the hotel and the room! Services was great and so was the location.

One thing we didn’t like is that we left the hotel at 11 am to have brunch and came back and our room hadn’t been service! We called and they say they start cleaning at 8. We did receive extra towels when we asked both days.

Staff super friendly. Great location!

Appetizers at the pool. I had the hummus, Marconi almonds and olives. The hummus came with limp celery the almonds were oily with no flavor. Over priced for sub par food

In the centre of the Gaslamp Quarter, great location but also super noisy outside late into the night. Luckily I got a room towards the back, of course at the cost of a view. Friendly staff at reception.

Nice rooftop swimming pool that was spoiled one day by loud music which the staff refused to turn off although I was the only guest using it. I wanted to read a book and not party at 11am.

Everything was super clean and very beutiful also the location was perfect

The valet parking was super iffy like idk if it was just like a time of day thing or maybe idk it was super weird and when I tried to get a valet they had dissappeard

Didn’t get to have breakfast but love that it was in the middle of everything that you need ! 10min from petco park !! Also I need to know where to get the pillows because they were super comfy !!

The vibe was amazing and so was the room & staff. Location great, right in the heart of downtown. Within walking distance to everything.

Close to everything and the room was very modern and fresh.

While the location is great for access to everything in the Gaslamp district, be prepared for the party noise on the street until about 3 a.m. The hotel does a good job of proving a sound machine to help offset the noise.

I loved the lobby and location. My balcony faced Gaslamp so I got to people watch.

I thought I lost my credit card and one of the staff was rude about it.

Perfect area for bar hopping and night life.

The staff have so much attitude and were taking naps on the furniture. Got upset we woke her up to ask a question.
