I did not eat the breakfast and the hotel was clean and in a good area.

I was at the bar and looking at the menu, the server was talking to another employee and when she finally came back to me it was 6pm on the dot. I asked for an item on the happy hour menu and she said, “no.” If she would of came to me sooner, I would not have missed the happy hour deal. She was really rude and made no eye contact and left to help someone else. I wish I would have written down her name. It was on my night of arrival at the main lobby’s bar. Our school was their for the AVID summer Institute and we will take our 60 teachers to a hotel that gives better customer service. My bill was 1800.00 and when you multiply it by 60 teachers it adds up.

The location of the hotel was in walking distance to Petco Park, the Gas Lamp District and the Seaport Village. There were plenty of food options to choose from all within walking distance. I liked that the valet service provided a QR code for you to use when you wanted your car from the valet. The $15 credit per day was a nice bonus to use at the bar before the event. The room was clean and very spacious.

There were quite a few extra fees added onto the bill for the Gas Lamp District.

Location and staff friendliness… my room key card didn’t work and the staff on the floor tried their best to help me.. and one staff brought me new key cards without me having to walk all the way back to the front desk… great guest service 👍🏻.. they also provide you a $15 to spend at the hotel

We payed for the breakfast with booking and they didn’t recognise the purchase and refused to call booking. Booking didn’t not replied to our requests but the manager finally helped us out when we showed to him the details of our reservation

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff were what mostly stood out to me. Also the convenience of the proximity to Petco Park

Although it's a separate company from Hilton, valet staff takes no initiative on greeting and being friendly.

Loved the location. Walked everywhere we needed to go. Breakfast in the restaurant was amazing. The staff was great. Everyone from the bellmen to the hostess was very helpful and happy!!

Furniture not comfortable. More for looks than comfort. Took forever to get warm water, never got hot water.

The location is amazing! There are a lot of cool places that are near by, so you don't really need a car. The staff is really nice, and they make sure you enjoy your time there. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location was excellent. Daily room clean, sheets, towels.

A weekly list of things to do, see, concerts, baseball games, etc in the area. Concierge wasn't always available to answer question, make suggestion, reservations. The receptionists were efficient at checking us in, but neglected to explain charges that might appear on our card, so there was a surprise when checking out.

The location is perfect. Room was large and comfortable with good beddings and great shower as well as good toiletries.

No onsite self parking (even if for fee), valet too expensive

WE stayed there so we could be close to walking to the padre game. It was a great location. The bartender was terrific, and we really enjoyed the breakfast.
