Pool and outdoor areas with games and seating.

No service by the pool. No one taking orders for food and drinks. Pool was a bit dirty and cleanup of neighboring tables and chairs didn’t happen quickly so all the napkins were falling into the pool and it just looks messy in a beautiful space. Line to check in was ridiculously long but 4 members were working super fast to get people quickly checked in. The hotel restaurant was not good at all. The food was below average in taste. We asked for a crib and never got it after 3 calls. The baby just slept in the bed with us. The hallways smell like urine! The carpet needs care! It stinks.

The location and staff were great, the view is amazing

Well I booked and paid through booking.com only to notice that after I checked in the hotel was trying to charge me again, also as expensive as it is to stay here why are the pillows so terrible, not everyone wants a soft flat pillow, and what’s with the one ply toilet paper, at almost $400 a night you would expect 2ply. Plus not even one complimentary water, I have stayed in hotels for under $100 a night and been given 2 waters each night, I get they want you to shop and eat in the many on site locations but come on you can afford to put a couple waters in the room. I guess hospitality means something different these days

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The pool area was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helped any way they could. Everything could be charged to your room making it easier to eat and shop when on the run.

There was a large event happening at the hotel and when this is happening travelers should be warned. It was chaotic and difficult to manage even walking in there. Food options were extremely limited for children and for anyone with food allergies. Having two sperate towers was quite confusing at first but you eventually get the hang of it.

I loved the location. Off gaslamp is great because it's quite. And it's next to the water. We had a city and marina view. You can walk to sny where near by. Are take the light rail because it's across the street. This hotel is very convenient and comfortable.

Still a little noisy. And there's a bit of construction going on. And out tv had issues with the color. There was only phone / electrical outlets on one side of our bed. Needs a bit of a redesign.

The guest service of staff from when we first arrived with their offer to unload our truck, nice! and at checkout our billing was explained, the $15 discount each day. Thank you for this appreciated discount. Room accommodations and comfort of bed (though could have used 2 more pillows). Tequila Bar & Grill excellent, and, of course, your pool. Kitchen Marina had excellent breakfast and the Exchange Pantry nice quick coffee and pastry.

I can only imagine it's not easy to have enough chairs to accommodate the number of guests at poolside and Tequila Grille but we sure could have used a seat to sit down in between getting in the pool and a seat with an umbrella to eat. Those chairs with a towel on were not attended for a ling time.

Great location especially with a bay view and balcony

They gave me a room with enclosed balcony where only one person could sit even though I booked a balcony room with a functional full balcony. Had to call down and wait but they did fix it. Just frustrating. Check in took a long time Shower isn’t great. No robes, no glasses only paper cups. The amenities is not what you would expect from a Marquis

Rude receptionist on arrival insisted they didn’t have our booking and made no effort to help. We had to ring Booking.com ourselves who rang the hotel and sorted out for us. We requested a room with bath but no mention was made at check in and we were too tired to go back down to reception. We had paid for a room with breakfast included but reception added the we cost to our final bill. There was no apology and we had to wait ages for them to correct the bill

We had a fabulous harbour view from our room which was also very nice, well equipped and a comfy bed. The location of the hotel was great for the waterfront and gas lamp district, also close to grab the trolley (train) to Old Town which is a must do. The hotel offers some little extras, free glass of wine at night each day, subsidised meals. Nice touches.

The weather, lol. Nothing really, maybe the price (but that's just because we were paying in NZD which is weak against the US dollar).

We ate at Roy’s. We had to send back our steak. We had ordered the steak and lobster. They brought out our steak and we told them we had ordered the steak and lobster. Then they brought out our lobster. They over cooked our steak and it took so long for our food to come. We were very disappointed. We didn’t get to eat our steak with our lobster so very sad.

Do not know if we will eat at Roy’s again. We had eaten there before and it was good, not this time.

First of all, the location is great! We went a concert at the Rady Shell, it was within walking distance, GREAT!! The staff who checked us in (Gordon) was very, helpful, patient and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return, although it was a little out of our budget 😀

The drop off and getting your car from valet could be better. My suggestion is to use the number 1 lane (closet to the building) strictly for Ubers, taxis, etc. The second lane should be for checking in only, and the next to the last lane should be for picking your vehicle up from valet. And finally the last lane (furthest from the entry way should be a pass through lane ONLY!! Other than that, everything was incredible.
