The room was a decent size and it was a great location, only 5 min from the airport and right next to the ocean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my bathroom and they fixed it immediately. The hotel is great value for money.

I had a lower ground floor room so the view was not great. The facilities are very basic, there are no bells and whistles but that's reflected in the price and this suited me. Breakfast was ok

Generally like it: the exterior and the reception area looked modern and it’s located next to the big park and the beach inside the park . The breakfast was good, but supposedly hot options weren’t hot.

The lead of the built in tea station could not reach the socket. And was the bed spread cover to be used as a blanket, then it should be changed after each stay and it looked outdated and didn’t suit the colour scheme of the room. The shower head needs to be replaced.

The room was a good size with air-con, mini fridge and safe. Wi-Fi was excellent. The buffet breakfast was very good, with a good selection, although a non-dairy milk (other than chocolate flavoured Alpro) would have been nice. The catering and cleaning staff were very pleasant.

I have never had to wear ear plugs in a hotel bedroom before, however, passing cars and motorbikes on the road outside the room would wake me in the middle of the night. No kettle in the room. Reception staff always seemed abrupt. The location was a little bit iffy. It was close to the Windmill and entrance to the Mon Repos Park but otherwise it was a bit of a trek to get anywhere. Fortunately, the No. 2 bus stops near the Windmill and the Mon Repos Park entrance which could take you into Corfu Town or down to Mouse Island.

You could see some wear and tear on the furnishings and walls in the suites Elevator was up several stairs. Made it difficult for hauling luggage. The luggage ramp was not comfortable to use. The elevator looked nice, but you had to manually open the doors to get in, which made it difficult when you were trying to bring your luggage into the elevator . Difficult for solo travellers with heavy baggage.

I recently stayed at the Arion Hotel in Corfu Town and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located near Mon Repos Palace and within walking distance of Corfu Old Town and the Old Fortress, making it a great base for sightseeing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a TV. Everything was well-maintained. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi and room service. The staff were friendly and helpful, available 24/7 at the front desk.

The cleaning lady working on the 4th floor cleaning the room 424 is an excellent example of how a simple kind greeting and a smile can leave a great impression and make the people feel good. She was the nicest person from the whole hospitality team.

Staff on the front desk could generally show more hospitality. They weren't rude, just very indifferent. Not the kind of a character trait you would expect from someone being your first point of contact when checking-in, hence making the first impression either memorable one or, as in this case, not so great. Breakfast room too small in the comparisson to the number of rooms. Too many guests present in the breakfast area at the same time, making the start of your day a battle to win the table.

We liked the location, close to the small free city beach and Mon Repos Beach Dock Kardaki. Beaches does not have the facilities, but you can walk to the hotel and back anytime as it's only 5-10 minutes. Also private Mon Repos beach with sunbeds and umbrellas is 5 minutes away, but we preferred Mon Repos Beach Dock Kardaki as it's much more beautiful and less people were there. Close to the airport. A selection of restaurants was 10 minutes walk away. A bit far from the city center, but it was better from our perspective. And it is possible to walk in the evening to the Corfu historical center along the seafront, views are great and it's not so hot as in the afternoon

Nasty smell in the room coming from the bathroom everytime we returned to the room, even though bathroom doors were closed. In general bathroom needed renovation.

Breakfast buffet is so good with many options. Everything is good. Only downside is tea, coffee supplied only for the first day. Had to buy milk. Good there was a fridge in the room. Bus to Corfu town goes infront of the hotel. Sea front and restaurants only about 200m from the hotel.

Wish they supplied tea and coffee every day.

The front desk personnel were friendly, fast, and accommodating. The bar restaurant staff were very nice and talkative. Event though we arrived very early the room was given to us. We were staying just one night and taking a very early flight out of Corfu airport, it's only a 15 minute walk but we had heavy back packs, the front desk called a cab for us, had a "To Go Box", with fruit and pastry, which we ordered since we would leave before breakfast, and did not want the expense of airport food. The facility was a perfect walk to the beach and several bars. We found it clean. It has an elevator and a bar/restaurant with pizza and sandwiches.

The comforter and towels could be upgraded.

The staff were lovely, the breakfast was really nice and had a variety of foods (really nice cake!), whenever we left for breakfast we came back to a really clean and tidy room. The lobby was also quite luxurious, it had a pool table and a massage chair - there’s even a bar which you can go hang out in!Really cool if you want to socialise or just hang out at the hotel instead of going out. There’s also a cat who lives in the hotel who is probably the star of the show 😊 Would definitely 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean beautiful hotel for a cheap price.

It was a bit of a walk to the centre - maybe around 15-20 mins. It’s a bit scary to walk around the area at night too because it’s really dark and there’s not many street lights around the area - especially concerning for two females as the streets were rather empty. We visited during off-season too so it may be a bit more lively during the summer when there’s a lot of tourists around. Otherwise, there is nothing else to complain about! The area was actually really safe and peaceful (maybe it’s just the paranoia in me that was a little wary! 😂)
