Good location, close to the center, the promenade. Near several restaurants and bars, the promenade and the municipality with a nice green square. Supermarket Iperal one kilometer away. Big + for the possibility of living with a dog. The apartment is bright, has everything you need.

Noisy air conditioning. The access road to the apartments is narrow, a large car (wider than our Toyota Rav4) is better to leave in the parking lot at the school 200 meters away (there were always free places). Garbage should be taken out yourself. Narrow shower.

Top-floor apartment with a great view of the mountains. The pool was great, and it’s a perfect location if you want to go for a long hike. Very friendly hosts. Perfect if you want to break up the journey on the way South!

The apartment itself was great, but some of the furniture was falling apart or not assembled correctly. For the money, you would expect a higher standard.

Well located not far from the lake a little at the back calm with view over the mountains and mount Legnone, the apartment is pretty ok and modern all in all it gas AC as well which helps when really warm

the bathroom is a little outdated the beds are pretty hard

This idyllic gem has stunning views of Como. Lisa & Roberto are so lovely and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble with helping with taxis etc. The apartment was spacious and clean with an amazing terrace to chill out on an evening with the family and take in the views. Would highly recommend to any family looking for a chilled out location with the lake, shops and restaurants on your door step.

The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay, the location was great as well though the tricky part of parking the since this is our first visit to Italy.

The bathroom has a bad smell and shower drain was blocked but got help from the staff to remove the dirt blocked the shower drain. Plus there was no water drainage on the bathroom which we had a problem with wet floor.

Very nice apartment with all needed for longer stay. Conditioner is available in all rooms , kitchen was fully equipped for cooking , everything was clean, fresh , new bed sheets and towels. Nice balcony with fantastic view to garden and mountains. Pool with with beach umbrellas and sunbathing chairs. Great location - close to lake, city center and port.

For us access road/street to apartment was challenging. We were traveling by bus and street was really narrow, but, if you travel with small or medium size car, shouldn’t be a problem. Pool was not heated. For half of family water temperature was ok, but for others could be warmer . Most probably in July and August water is more warmer.

Clean, well appointed, friendly staff, good location with some very good restaurants in walking distance. Secure cool large underground car park. Nice pool with snacks and drinks available

Location: it's right behind of a church. The alleyway that leads to the hotel is very narrow. So if you drive a big car through it, you have to be very careful

Lovely apartments with easy access. Very clean and well maintained. Great location with free parking. Pool was great well kept and little bar useful. The gardens are well looked after. We stayed 5 days and we’re well satisfied.

The comfy sun beds are all owned by residents and the available ones are very uncomfortable. The chairs on the balcony are too uncomfortably to sit on for long.

Staff werr extremely helpful and contributed to a relaxing stay. Very convenient location and great swimming pool for adults and children.
