Lovely modern very clean apartment centrally located, close to bus and train stations, and close to all the barios and major sites in a safe area and quiet road, perfect to visit Cadiz in all directions! Very good communication before and during our stay. Easy check in! The upstair's terrasse connecting to the bedroom was very much appreciated! Kitchen has the basic equipment if you plan on eating in. We very much enjoyed our stay and will come back if we are again in town!

Everything was to our liking! The bedroom, terrasse and washroom are on the 2nd floor, important to know if mobility is a problem ! It was not a issue for us! We loved our stay!

Worst part is checkin at 4:00 pm we reached at 3:00 pm but the staff didn’t even allow us to store our luggages in the storage

As previously mentioned in other reviews this property has a weird way of withholding a damage deposit. This could be done through the booking platform but instead they ask for your credit card credentials via email which is both unsafe and resembles how scammers work. They should rethink about how they do it and they need to change that asap Property is also overly digitized. Connecting to the wifi is unnecessarily complicated having to comply with a "sensible " and "legal" use of the internet. Password is different to each booking which complicates things a bit more

Very quiet, spacious and clean apartment with full kitchen and washer/dryer. Preparing meals with supermarkets nearby makes living in it a truly unforgettable experience of being home away from home! Fast wifi. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Very good shower and toilet. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, Ms. Marta R is such a great helper who saved us from huddles and headaches. She is truly accountable and very trustworthy! The apt building is literally steps away from the Plaza de San Juan de Dios and the Cathedral.

The property was very well located in the old town of Cádiz just a few minutes from the cathedral. It was very comfortable and easy to access

Communication with the host wasn’t great. Most of the messages we received seemed to be automated. Any messages I sent regarding specific issues were not answered. On one night an alarm was ringing continuously in the building from shortly after midnight until the following morning.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED BEA AND MARTA WHO WERE THE YOUNG LADIES AT THE LOBBY DESK. THEY WERE SO VERY KIND AND VERY HELPFUL IN ANY OF OUR NEEDS. WE ALSO SINCERELY APPRECIATED THE KIND CARE OF THE HOUSEKEEPER IN THE BUILDING.

We had difficulty in locking our door from the outside which was frustrating. But management after several days was able to repair it.

Very nice apartments, close to everything due to it's perfect location in the city center. Huge comfortable bed, clean and well equipped bathroom, modern furniture. Staff amazingly helpful with my request to store my bags and arranging an earlier checkin. I'd definitely choose Tandem again when visiting Cadiz.

Maybe adding a compact coffee machine, would be super nice to have that possibility if you have an early flight.

I can't fault these apartments. I had a great room which had natural light from a courtyard on level 02. It was quiet, safe, and exceptionally clean. There are enough utensils to cook proper meals. The location is 10 mins from the bus/train station, and right by the cathedral. The bed was one of the most comfortable in 5 months of my travels! I strongly recommend.

There is a deposit which is unusual, and not something typically asked for in accommodation. The internet was also hit and miss, it didn't work 50% of the time. However, these are not enough to stop me returning again.

Magnificent location in city center, spacious and newly equipped apartment.

The ground floor apartment has a bad humidity smell, and kitchen could have paper towels and dish soap with sponge to be able to wash the dishes, especially for short stays.
