- Great accommodation, which isn't immediately obvious from the outside - Room is clean and sufficiently large, the bathroom is nice - A bottle of cider was provided by the hotel as a welcome gift - A bus stop is right across the street, making it quick and easy to get to the city (the district itself is a bit out of the way) - Line BU13 (express bus - 10 minutes to the city) and BU12 (slower bus with many more stops) take you to and from the city. - Right next to the accommodation is a nice restaurant for food and drinks.

- As mentioned, the accommodation is a bit remote, but you know that beforehand. - Our room was right next to reception, which meant it was a bit noisy in the mornings. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Much more modern than expected, very clean and spacious, well furnitured with mirrors. Room was fully equiped for disabled people too. All the usual amenities were present, with an extra welcome gift. Room cleaning included. Very good and pro-active self check-in message in 3 languages (Spanish, Basque and your native) by Whatsapp clearly explaining self check-in and check-out (if needed). Fast responses. Communication was well appreciated and excellent. We arrived with "average" €60/night expectations, but this accomodation surprised us in a pleasant way and brought it to the next level.

We have a hard time thinking of improvements for this place. Only thing we can think of is the elevator, with a max cap of 3 persons, going slow and making anxious cracky sounds. But considering we think this is the worst thing, it should reflect how good the place is. If we have to think of one extra that we would have enjoyed, it would be a coffee machine or water cooker; and/or laundry facility.

We had a cancellation last minute and had to find somewhere quick. This pensione turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The location is just off the motorway in an unprepossessing industrial estate. But inside it is really well maintained and staffed. Our receptionist David was really lovely and the place was really clean. It was also a quick 15 minute drive into the centre. They had an electric charger too! There are so many dodgy properties online these days it’s nice when a place exceeds your expectations.

It was great to have an electric car charger but the payment system was a major faff.

Both room and bathroom were extremely clean. Extra pillow and bowls were prepared for our dog. Overall I was positively impressed by the room. Good variety of ciders to buy and a nice cafe downstairs.

Dog accomodation costs 20 eur. In the hallways and stairways there is a bad smell like old tobacco that creates bad impression (it is perfectly okay and nice smell in the room).

Whilst from the outside this is a rather unprepossessing hotel (and being described as a "pension" implies something potentially more downmarket), in reality it is actually very comfortable & pleasant, with very helpful & friendly staff. It actually seemed to us that it hadn't been open that long so everything was very new.

From the outside it looks nothing special & the location is ok but no more than that.

Very efficient operation, you do an online check in and collect your keycard from a mailbox so you can go straight to your room. The rooms were nice and clean. Not too noisy given that it’s above the restaurant and next to the road.

The pillows could be better. Lots of lights in the room and one of the curtains could be longer in the room that is next to the streetlight.

Good communications & entrance directions via What’s App. Provision of a microwave & fridge & vending machine for coffee, drinks & snacks available

Parking could be challenging depending what time of day you arrive. No official drop off zone. We just used the car charging car park to of load luggage.

Clean, easy check in at set time, easy parking (on street), dog friendly. Easy drive into San Sebastian and easy access to motorway south (but difficult northbound unless using sat nav.

Bar below rooms useful but not particularly friendly.

Good room. Plenty of space, very clean, very good toilette instalations, a good external window (good noise isolation from the outside, in floor 1). Acceptable/good Internet connection. A reasonable table to work with the PC. Excellent staff.

The internal sound isolation is not good. Any small noise from other rooms, is noticed. However, due the fact that guests were quite people, that was not a problem. It is the only issue detected, and I am normally a good observer.

A great deal, nice people, very clean, easy parking and free, we found a great and modern room, cheaper than San Sebastian.

They have a Restaurant down stair with local food, good value for money, but Barman is not polite.
