The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The pool, lobby & hotel overall are extremely clean. Coffee and lemon Water are always available in the lobby. The rooms are larger than all of the other rooms available in that area for our size of group. The breakfast was better than any other complimentary breakfast we had.

We didn't mind too much but the bathroom had no fan and a big hole where it was supposed to be. The baseboards on the bedframes were pretty dinged up. It looks like the hotel is going through upgrades though and it didn't affect our positive experience.

The lobby/buffet areas were nice and clean. Pool was clean and my girls loved swimming there. Beds were comfortable. We had a suit with a separate sitting area which was nice and comfortable and clean. Had some issues but for what we paid it was a comfy room and place to sleep. The free breakfast was really good and had a good amount of options.

Our shower was stuck on shower. Couldn’t push down to run the faucet only which would have been nice for cleaning off after being at the beach. None of the drink vending machines worked. Definitely needs an update in the rooms and some fixing up. The free wifi didn’t work most of the time while we were there which did cause a couple issues. None of those big issues. My main one is we asked for an ocean view and you could barely see the ocean out of the window.

Katrina at the front desk who greeted us at check-in was amazing! The free breakfast every morning was so delicious! The hotel staff was SO friendly! Oscar the Maintenance Man on staff was wonderful also! It was very clean and very welcoming!! Jamie checked us out and she was super sweet also! We just had the best time at this hotel and can't wait to come back. Stayed in their new Family Suite with in room Hot Tub!!

The only thing that was missing was a second shower. Our suite had an amazing main bathroom with Hot Tub and a very luxurious large shower. However...the second bathroom was just a half bath with no shower or tub. With 5 people in same room, a second shower would have been great!

Friendly staff, hard working staff. Full Breakfast was very nice, Great view from our room! The hot tub and pool very nice. Location of this Hotel is perfect, everything is within walking distance and I am disabled...we will be staying here again. Thank you 😊

We forgot to tell you about the leak under our air conditioner room 309.....only 2 other things....first, we noticed the front desk was left unattended quite often without any notice posted, as to where they were or when they returning. Secondly, it would be safer if more of the pool area floor was covered in non slip material...other than that everything was really nice. Good Job BayVue!!!

Quiet on 3rd floor. Bed was comfy. The view of the ocean was nice. Seagulls soaring around and passing by window. Deer seen from window and wandering in grass as you head to beach was special. Breakfast was decent with good variety. Some tables needed more wiping down inbetween guests with kids. Bused my own. Not a major issue. Hotel located next to the new paved walking path that is 3/4 mile long and situated behind hotels through ocean grasslands.

Ductless heater in room was noisy and came on frequently. Set it to 67. Needed it to heat room but turned it off to sleep at night. The elevator was experiencing some issues. The desk person was able to address it and was fine. Mostly used stairs. Excercise is good.

The pool was great, and the staff that was there tried to be very helpful. Room was very clean, and the hotel is really close to beach access.

The place was clearly understaffed, there appeared to be only one lady working the night we checked in, although she was great and clearly working hard to make it comfortable. We paid for six people ahead of time, but there were no sheets on the pull out bed so we had to call and wait for sheets late at night, had to wait for pool towels also.

Breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs were overcooked and not seasoned. Location is outstanding close to beach, gift shops, food, festival, bowling. Love it!

Hot tub broke down. My bill was $20.00 more than what she told me over the phone. Two lights out in room. Did not clean my room the last night we stayed and the internet never worked, said incorrect passcode.

Most of the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The check in and out person was awesome. The kitchen staff was awesome. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. The carpets were clean, walls were clean without stains.

We rented two rooms. One room the refrigerator did not work, one room the tv was not programed for channels. When we mentioned this to the front desk they did nothing about it. On our last night my husband and I rise early and went out the door to get fresh air. No one was at the front desk. A lady was sleeping in her car right outside the door. Turns out she was the front desk person. No coffee was made like the morning before. The fellow was awesome. Made me fresh coffee when I went down at 5am. We never saw the person in the car after she woke up and went inside. The phones were ringing off the hook. No one was there to answer.

Location is amaaazing..beds were super comfy and the staff were super attentive and helpful. Loved Jamie, she is such a hard worker and provided excellent customer service. The evening guy was super helpful regarding the need for more pool towels. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Although, the quest machine keeping the pool area dry which was a smart touch could use a filter change. This was minor and for how much amenities and great service they provide is an easy fix for a busy staff. The breakfast was plentiful and I felt safe in our room. The best location for a hotel in town. Loved the 3rd floor ocean view and will definitely be bringing my family back!!

Cozy and homey vibe and the staff seemed to care. It wasn't perfect but when something wasn't working like the hot tub bubbles, someone came quickly. They were friendly. Super close to the ocean and donut shop and pizza across the street and a couple minutes to mini golf and close to Quinault too. They had breakfast included. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurt, coffee. It also had a constant fan option in the rooms so you didn't get woken and the showers are nice and powerful. Upstairs unit had great view and downstairs was close to pool and fast walk to vending machine and breakfast. Drapes could do better darkening and windows better soundproofing but honestly, we liked the place and even didn't mind so much waking to the sound of seaguls. Oh and good size fridge and microwave and coffee maker.

Bathroom had a couple ants and needed painting on the trim. Overall refresh.. I was unable to get my rooms even on the same floor as I requested but it felt comfortable and safe for the teens to walk around from one room to another. We enjoyed our time.
