The staff is outmost helpful and friendly and that’s 90% of the deal👍

The hotel needs a overall complete renovation and a more fresh and modern design. From architectural point it has huge potential and could be a real beauty that fits not only into the city landscape, it could be a highlight in the region. Unfortunately it needs a concept that attracts more external customers throughout the whole year to bring its potential to the surface. I would like to see the transformation at one of the next stays there.

Evening meal and breakfast were both delightful. Staff very attentive.

We had issues with the card machine when checking in, which was somewhat frustrating. However, it worked perfectly in the bar. The hotel was not easy to find using the Sat Nav. We had actually gone past the hotel. Please be on the lookout for it on your left-hand side when leaving the A25. Didn't use the spa because I find swimming caps uncomfortable, not sure why some pools insist on them.

The rooms are very spacious and the breakfast is good. The fireplace in the Lounge Bar makes it cozy and the staff is very welcoming and very kind. The pool temperature is excellent and the Gym staff is very welcoming.

The Spa and Gym are outsourced and the opening hours are a bit offputting since they only opens after 10 am. But otherwise, the gym is well equipped and wasn't jam packed during my stay.

This hotel is high value for money. Very good breakfast and dinner, friendly people at reception and in the restaurant, nice room and bathroom and nice views from the room and from the restaurant. Very good parking.

The hotel is a bit dated, i.e. the furniture is old-fashioned. It is relatively far away from Guarda, ca. 5 km, not an issue for us as we were traveling by car.

I have used this hotel for many years when travelling to and from Algarve due to its location just off the motorway and that it is just about halfway between Santander and Algarve. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the charge for Bed and Breakfast is competitive.

Dinner was a little expensive and the building is beginning to look a little tired.

Our room was large and comfortable and the gym was complete! Also, there was plenty of parking and it was easy to find with the car.

We did not use the pool as it was small and full of tiny kids from outside of the hotel. The breakfast was adequate but repetirive with machine coffee. This hotelnis only adequate if you have a car, which was our case. The room was large and comfortable bit run down and twice we returned at around 3-4pm and room not cleaned.

The receptionist Mariana was outstanding in her help to us non Portuguese speaking customers. Big room and nice communal spaces. Good value for money and decent pool area to escape the heat.

The hotel could benefit from Updating the fridges in the rooms..ours was ancient, and perhaps some patio table and chairs for the balconies.

Clean, comfortable rooms at a very fair price. We can charge our Tesla while we have dinner. The menu of the day is always interesting and good local food. The service form Renato and his young colleague Moaro was exceptional and Renato’s recommendation about red wine sent us to the supermarket the next day to buy several bottles.

I booked this hotel on location as we were riding motorcycles and it's conveniantly located out of town with its own restaurant, parking and spa facilities. We did take a cab into town and enjoyed a beautiful meal and red wine at Nobre Restaurant on the main square.

The hotel is very confortable and the rooms are well heated (stayed during the winter). The room is very nice and the staff of the hotel was very friendly. The hotel is well kept and clean.

The dinner at the restaurant was not according with the accomodation standards. The service was messy (some guests arrived latter and were served first) and the quality of the food was not very good. The portions are small.
