Good location in the "old Cadiz", within walking distance to the cathedral, La Caletta, etc. Reception with a good English-speaking receptionist who explains everything precisely. They own several buildings in the street and the amount of tourists is big enough to create a lively street with multiple pubs nearby, open till the night, even off-season. Great economic experience, and professionally done!

When you try to pick up the keys by car, you need to be rough - there is no space on the street where to park. Just stop in the middle of the street and go to the reception. No one from the locals is such a fool to go to that street anyway ;-). Then we were sent to public parking a few hundred meters away, not exactly what we expected (but not a big deal as well).

this is a hotel, so there is a staffed service desk. Getting into the property is not a problem. There is onsite parking, although I would not recommend using a car in Cadiz. The staff were extremely helpful. Their restaurant recommendations were superb. The location was walking distance to anywhere one might wish to go in Cadiz. In two days we explored the two forts, climbed the tower at the Cathedral, toured the Cathedral itself, went to the town museum (which is quite good) and the Roman theatre. We saw a memorable sunset. This was comfortably done on foot. the museums, etc, are quite cheap. They have free breakfasts, which are quite good although I would warn that the Spanish method of making toast may not appeal to everyone.

It was a bit noisy.

This hotel owns a couple of buildings on the same street. My room was across the main building with the reception so it was very easy to find. Although the room was in ground floor, it was like a half-basement, the windows were located very high. The bed was very comfortable and honestly I slept like a baby. 2 very good restaurants are extremely close and 3 min walk to the beach is and 4 blocks to bus stop was very convenient. It was a 10-15 min walk to the cathedral square but I already knew and to me, that’s ok. I also loved the fact that there is a proper hair drier in the room! It was also great value!

The fact that the room was half basement.

Pleased not to book parking previsit as due to the timing of the trip other cheaper options were available. However this would be an invaluable service at busier times of the year

The accommodation is centrally located, the main attractions are within a ten-minute walk. We had a very spacious, clean, fully equipped room with a huge bed. The receptionist was in the building opposite, where we received the keys. There is an elevator in the building, towels and shower gel are also provided. Parking is problematic in the city, the accommodation has its own underground garage, but there are several parking garages within a ten-minute walk. Very sophisticated and modern accommodation, I recommend it! The late check-out is very practical, so you can comfortably explore the city in the morning.

Perfect location in the very center, just a short walk from the sea. Nearby, you'll find shops, a children's playground, restaurants, and everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself is exceptionally spacious, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed for convenience. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great start to the day. A fantastic choice for anyone looking for both comfort and a prime location!

The walls are quite thin, so sound travels easily, and you can hear noise from the neighboring rooms. A bit more soundproofing would greatly enhance the overall comfort and privacy.

Perfect location, 3 minutes walking distance from the Playa la Caleta, near bars and restaurants. All the main attractions within walking distance. Great and helpful staff, quick check-in, parking spot available withinin a short walk. Clean and spacious rooms. Terrace available at the top of the building. Just bare in mind that the property consist of the few different buildings so the terrace or windows not always looks at the beach and the sunset. But you can always have a small walk to see it straight from the beach and be back at the property withing a couple of minutes.

Just a one night stay - the room was spotless - very comfortable and in a fantastic location to explore Cadiz and nestled in amongst some fantastic Tapas bars and restaurants - room facilities were great with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge - the bed and pillows were very comfortable and a nice view from the window - staff were very helpful and charming - we came with bicycles and there was a secure area to store them - buffet breakfast was fine - definitely worth another visit to explore Cadiz - I would stay here again 😊

We were unable to reserve parking - and there was no parking available on arrival - getting to the hotel proved precarious as it was a Saturday and the streets were so crowded with people from the many bar’s etc - we were guided to a car park close by and were very lucky to get the last available parking space to leave the car overnight - not a criticism of the hotel as their parking spaces are limited - just something to be aware of 😊

- Friendly receptionist who explained to me in English the parking and even gave me a map with suggestions on sites to see around Cadiz. - I had the studio and it was very spacious with a little kitchenette with everything needed for cooking. - Hot water and good water pressure - Great location, easy walk to the beach and Cathedral area. Lots of restaurants and shops around, with an El Jamon grocery store less than a minute walk away. - My building had a washer/dryer on the rooftop balcony area that was free to use.

- Parking was a bit complicated since you have to go to reception first to get a fob to enter an assigned garage. It was also a bit tight in the parking garage, luckily I had a compact car. Parking is 18 euros per night. - The streets in that area are very narrow for driving - Was able to hear noises in the hallway, other guests going in/out of their rooms. - My room had a window which let in natural light, but looked out into the inside of the bldg

Location of the Studio couldn't have been better. The internal fittings of the studio were new and modern -it was light and airy. Excellent staff - especially Andrew and the girls on reception. The cleaning staff came across as "happy" and always had time to say "hello". I was impressed by the extra facilities - although I didn't use them - that there was a washing machine and dryer available which was free of charge.

My recommendation would be to install umbrellas - or a canopy - for shade on the roof terrace. This was an excellent facility but, in the three days of my stay, there was only myself and two other people who used it: I went up a few times but left as there was just no place to sit in the shade - it was just too hot. This would definitely deter me from booking this accommodation again and this was during September - not exactly the height of summer! Also, there was a lack of storage space in the studio which I felt was a poor decision by the owner. I would suggest removing the suitcase rack and putting a small chest of drawers in its place; the suitcase rack could then be positioned elsewhere.
