Good location in the "old Cadiz", within walking distance to the cathedral, La Caletta, etc. Reception with a good English-speaking receptionist who explains everything precisely. They own several buildings in the street and the amount of tourists is big enough to create a lively street with multiple pubs nearby, open till the night, even off-season. Great economic experience, and professionally done!

When you try to pick up the keys by car, you need to be rough - there is no space on the street where to park. Just stop in the middle of the street and go to the reception. No one from the locals is such a fool to go to that street anyway ;-). Then we were sent to public parking a few hundred meters away, not exactly what we expected (but not a big deal as well).

Excellent location & spotlessly clean rooms.

The mattress was too soft with no support where it had been sat on frequently. The staff were helpful & turned it, but it was no better; although we did secure extra pillows which I used for support. While the soundproofing was excellent in preventing noise from the square outside, unfortunately we had frequent disturbance from within the building. Noise from furniture being dragged across tiles in other apartments & on the solarium in particular. In fact one night we were awoken & had to go up & reposition the furniture to try quieten it from rattling in the wind.

Can thoroughly recommend this hotel. It had everything we needed for our four night stay. Check-in was straightforward, as was fiinding our apartment. We upgraded to a superior room, well worth a few extra euros. We would definitely stay again. Friendly, happy, helpful staff. Tasty breakfast, spotlessly clean room, laundry amenities if needed, well located. The roof terrace was quiet and very romantic for a pre-dinner vino.

The air conditioning is on a timer. Very efficient when on, and easy to operate. But constant pressing of the button becomes ever so slightly irritating. But it wouldn't stop us coming back.

Located not far from the sea about 30 minutes from the train station. This is a self-contained apartment but, unlike many such places, it is staffed and you receive a friendly welcome. Breakfast is included and is well worth eating as it includes hot and cold food items. The b'fast room is in another building and does get busy so a short wait may be required. The walk from the station takes you past a fabulous market, the cathedral and lots of other things to see. You can wet your feet on the beach a short distance away. I use the washing machine and was provided with liquid for this. An impressive service and well worth considering for your stay in Cadiz whcih has more to see than you might imagine.

The aircon was defective and the room a bit stuffy. I wish I'd said something because the receptionist was so apologetic when I left. Most places would have said/done nothing which is why I said nothing so not so much a criticism of the place but of myself. If you book there an there is a problem - do talk to the staff about it.

Great breakfast. Check in was easy - did most of it online before reaching hotel. Didn’t have much to ask of the staff but they were on hand to help when needed - helped book a taxi to train station for us no problem. Rooms very clean, quiet (despite being in a busy area with restaurants below). Great location for exploring Cádiz, walking distance of beach and great restaurants in La Vina area of town.

Rooms are quiet small, with only a Juliet balcony but can’t really grumble, they were well equipped and had everything we needed (fridge, iron, clothes airer, air con)

Cadiz old town isn't huge but the accommodation was close to everything. There was a bar right outside but, with the window shut, you'd never know it. The rooms are spread over 4 buildings; each has its own roof terrace and laundry room. The room was furnished with a fridge and, on request, a kettle and cups (bring your own tea/coffee). I sleep on my front so found the standard pillows far too fat and firm, but I only had to ask at reception for a soft replacement.

I was in a room on the ground floor where the window was high for privacy. I would have preferred a room where I could see outside. There was nowhere to sit in the room other than the bed, or the stool in the bathroom. While the sound insulation was good at stopping noise from outside, the entry door buzz and people talking in tge hallway was loud enough to disturb sleep.

Modern room including walk in shower, space for opening cases, comfortable bed, leather sofa, kettle and cups. Location was 10-15 mins walk from Mercado and the Cathedral. Unable to book parking in advance but a space was available at €18. The garage was easily accessed after going back around the one way system of narrow streets. Spaces were of good size too. Aircon was simple to operate.

Coffee table in the room was cheap looking which let down the rest of the room which was of excellent quality. Kettle and cups provided but only some sugar and teabags. Breakfast offered at €20. We didn't bother. Went round the corner and had coffee, orange and toast for €10.40 for two of us.

this is a hotel, so there is a staffed service desk. Getting into the property is not a problem. There is onsite parking, although I would not recommend using a car in Cadiz. The staff were extremely helpful. Their restaurant recommendations were superb. The location was walking distance to anywhere one might wish to go in Cadiz. In two days we explored the two forts, climbed the tower at the Cathedral, toured the Cathedral itself, went to the town museum (which is quite good) and the Roman theatre. We saw a memorable sunset. This was comfortably done on foot. the museums, etc, are quite cheap. They have free breakfasts, which are quite good although I would warn that the Spanish method of making toast may not appeal to everyone.

It was a bit noisy.

This hotel owns a couple of buildings on the same street. My room was across the main building with the reception so it was very easy to find. Although the room was in ground floor, it was like a half-basement, the windows were located very high. The bed was very comfortable and honestly I slept like a baby. 2 very good restaurants are extremely close and 3 min walk to the beach is and 4 blocks to bus stop was very convenient. It was a 10-15 min walk to the cathedral square but I already knew and to me, that’s ok. I also loved the fact that there is a proper hair drier in the room! It was also great value!

The fact that the room was half basement.

The accommodation is centrally located, the main attractions are within a ten-minute walk. We had a very spacious, clean, fully equipped room with a huge bed. The receptionist was in the building opposite, where we received the keys. There is an elevator in the building, towels and shower gel are also provided. Parking is problematic in the city, the accommodation has its own underground garage, but there are several parking garages within a ten-minute walk. Very sophisticated and modern accommodation, I recommend it! The late check-out is very practical, so you can comfortably explore the city in the morning.
