Brand new delightful facility that was well designed and had all the necessary amenities at a great price point. The staff were so kind, joyful and helpful. The rooms were extremely comfortable making my stay effortless and secure. The immediate area is being developed and already has entertainment, food, coffee shop and some shopping for your convenience.

It's nice to have a breakfast offering but I found the hot food items so overly salty that I couldn't eat it. There was yogurt and some fruit items as an option so I hate to complain. Just a warning for those on medications or with cardiac or blood pressure problems.

My stay was absolutely wonderful! The breakfast was a standout—the food was amazing. The waffles were hot, fresh, and came with a variety of delicious toppings. I especially loved the Greek yogurt selection, and the sausage was fresh and full of flavor. The oatmeal was served hot with plenty of toppings to choose from, and the coffee was rich and delicious—a perfect start to the day. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. You all really put Pittsboro on the map and make the town shine! My children enjoyed the breakfast just as much as I did, and they loved the comfortable beds. The shower was hot and pulsating, incredibly relaxing. I also appreciated the Zero brand bath products—I hadn’t heard of them before, but they left my hair feeling soft, voluminous, and well-moisturized. Thank you for such a memorable and comfortable stay. We’ll definitely be back! Crystal greeted us with a smile. She was the first face and gave a lasting impression! And guess what, she checked us out with that same warm smile. A smile makes all the difference and she was also competent in her role.

The one thing that I did not understand was the pool being closed. We wanted to swim, especially my son. However, everything else was so awesome. That it was not a big deal.

Breakfast was good. Good variety of choices. Hotel was fairly new so everything was modern and looked nice. Very clean and smelled clean. The room was equipped with plenty of towels and linens.

There is a venue close by and a band was playing the first night we stayed but they stopped at a decent time so it didn’t interfere with our sleeping. When we arrived, the door in front was locked and the turnabout door was too. I could see someone working at the desk. Had to knock and get someone’s attention to let me in.

The breakfast was fantastic, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, fitness center was great, and room was quiet.

The pool wasn’t usable. We were there for 3 nights and were unfortunately not able to use it. The shower didn’t have hot water…it was lukewarm at best, the water wasn’t draining in the sink, and the a/c did not keep up. It got warm in the room which made sleeping a bit rough.

This is a new Hampton Inn with many upgrades and amenities; the place was shiny as a new penny! Located is a recently built and upscale shopping area with restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance with more to come; Area appears to be safe and secure;Breakfast was good, as expected; pleasant and helpful staff;

The staff were absolutely incredible. The main manger was fabulous from the moment I walked in. The maintenance guy had to fix something in my room and he was so courteous, quick and awesome. The front desk manager was so polite and fast to help with anything. The kitchen staff was managed by the most sweet grandmas I’ve very seen and they can cook! Love this hotel!

I LOVED this hotel

The hotel manager was very pleasant to meet. He really connects with the guests, also Laneeka, the front desk staff, was friendly, courtesy top-tier customer service. Informative about the hotel and activities nearby. Rosa cafeteria staff is so friendly and helpful. Really connects with guests. We can't wait to visit again. Next ime with our kids.

The pillows aren't the best.

The room was very clean, the mattresses were very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

We noticed that the humidity in the room high (clammy) despite setting the temperature at a lower level. The bathroom fan did not appear to be working properly. The mirror clouded up fast and did not dissipate as quickly as expected.

When I arrived and tried to check in with the Hilton Honors app I was unable to get a digital key. The front desk worker told me there were only accessible King rooms available which is something I prefer not to use. She was able to find me a King room (upgrade) for me. I appreciated her concern and service.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was excellent.

Walking hazards with dresser that held luggage in the middle of walk area. Walkway crowded & constantly hitting knees on open luggage (holder) dresser. TV mounted in awkward place on the wall, not able position it for full bed viewing or full sofa viewing. No freezer in refrigerator.
