breakfast had some of the best bagels I've had at any hotel breakfast,the rest was pretty much standard (ie: bad) other than not having eggs which seemed weird. I appreciated that they had it go until 10, other places only do until 9 and its terrible. generally nice fixtures, bed, etc, no real complaints from a room perspective. Location was convenient to a mall+walmart, but not much else. with a car, great location to be able to go most places in the area.

The two key items I'd highlight as especially bad are: -the shower was clearly growing soap scum/mold/something around the caulking at the bottom. it wasn't so gross yet as to be worrying, but like...they should maintain the hotel better. -The wifi had a max speed of roughly 10 Mbps -- I've had worse, but to put that in perspective your mobile phone in 2010 could get that fast on cellular signals. Obama was president last time that speed was acceptable. Covid was a full decade away when that speed was acceptable. I'm not asking that this hotel let me download at 1 Gbps or something, but at least 30 Mbps should be standard now especially at the rates they are charging. absolutely ridiculous.

Excellent location for our visit with an old army buddy of mine. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed.

The motel could have been a little cleaner. It wasn’t a problem for us, however. It was just apparent that the motel has been well used and could use a little maintenance work. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get a good night sleep so I could continue my road trip. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the nice service.

breakfast was and fresh, we love feature !! Also it is a plus that the staff and Best Western keeps hot fresh coffee at all times there for guess to enjoy, or hot tea.. Very few hotels do not do this..

The side door to out side facing the car wash next door, does not work, would of been easier to get to our room.

When we arrived we were not impressed . Once we went inside we felt a little more at ease. When we got in our room we were impressed. Very clean. The swimming pool was very clean. The lady who served breakfast was extremely nice and pleasant and the area was clean

Breakfast was good, hot and protein options available.

Although it was stated no smoking - someone nearby was smoking weed - it smelled up the hall and into my room. I am allergic to any kind of smoke - so coming and going was unpleasant for me.

very quick check in, quick to our room, and quick check-out. All was perfect and no issues. We had an event going on so really just needed a comfy bed/ room, and this fit the bill. Great location and easy to get to.

They had guests that vaped in the halls and my room smelled of smoke even though it was smoke free. Not a safe environment

The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. They had pretty decent and diversified offerings for breakfast, we are just not big breakfast eaters, but the coffee was really good. Staff was friendly.

We always struggle turning the water on/off in the bath/showers with the type of handles they have. It worked fine when we could figure it out, but we did leave the water dripping a little...

The carpets are too old and doesn’t fit for anyone with dust allergies.. Although it’s non smoking room, we could smell the smoking which could be due to previous occupants or the next room
