Best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at in years. Staff was exceptionally helpful (eg, honoring booking.com room w view w/o hassle, providing change for $20 bill to use laundry, positive attitude). Decor was bright, attractive, and colorful - not dreary grey on grey). Clean, fresh, spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Traffic noise could be heard but AC unit provided low key, pleasant white noise. Window coverings provided complete darkness (just pull down both sets of shades - easy to do). No annoying lights from weird sources as can be the case (eg no white or blue lights from AC, smoke detectors, clocks). I have been staying at Holiday Inn Express for 20+ years & the chain had started to deteriorate and be inconsistent. But this hotel revived my confidence in the chain and was one of best places after 2 weeks in Italy and 10 days on cross country road trip.

Everything was v good

The cleanliness overall. The liquid soap and cream in the bathrooms. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in shower Dove products. The housekeeping cleaning the rooms while we were out. There is a full length mirror in the rooms and a side area to put your makeup bag while getting ready. All the space to place your bags and a closet to hang your clothes. Also a safe inside that closet. The area is safe and gated. There is a Walmart near by. The beds were comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were great for my kids. The morning breakfast was great! Room 315 had a view!

The pillows are not the comfiest maybe bring your own pillow. No vents in the restroom after showered was a bit foggy but cleared up.

Everything was clean and rooms were quiet. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable.

We arrived in the late evening, we were traveling from California to Indiana and although breakfast was offered we were not able to enjoy it due to its operation hours, would be nice if you were able to have some sort of pastry options or bagels out for those that need to leave early or like us if you had a long day prior you could still grab something a little later in the morning before you headed out. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay

The breakfast was great! The pool was tons of fun. Housekeeping remade our bed & relined the trash. Staff was polite. Loved the fact that the property was secluded away from public & secured by a gate. Felt safe to walk around inside & outside of the property.

A different guest tried to charge snacks & drinks to our room. Staff didn't verify ahead of time before trying to charge the items.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We are happy it’s quiet. Staff is so friendly and there is a Walmart and other stores close by if needed. This seems to be a safe clean area to stay. Since we travel from out of state to visit our adult children we will say again.

We only had one tissue in a tissue box. Typically not an issue but since I started a cold while we were there it would have been nice to have tissue. Not really a complaint because if not for the cold I never would have noticed.

Great location for what we needed. Comfortable bed, nice staff. Although we didn’t have any, loved that this location had free breakfast! The hotel also had a gate around it, which made us feel a little safer about our car outside.

I’ve never experienced this in a hotel before, but we could hear every step of the upstairs neighbors. I know this isn’t necessarily the hotel’s fault, but it was a little annoying!

I received the best welcome I have EVER received when arriving at the hotel. The Woman at the Front Desk is the most superb Staff. Please give her my highest thanks. The hotel was wonderful. Thank you so much. We will make every effort to stay at Holiday Inn whenever traveling from here on in such was this grear stay. And I have been all over the world so this is the highest compliment I can give.

Location was ideal for a stop from a long trip across country. Exit the interstate, and you're there!

It seems nearly all hotels now have issues with the showers. This is not a problem unique to this facility, but how each one handles it is. The shower shoots water out onto the floor when in use. This is also a facility that you can tell is quite well used. Updates should occur more frequently than they obviously do.

Quick and easy check-in process, friendly front desk staff, well-lit and gated parking lot, overall cleanliness of hotel and room, coffee maker in room, comfortable beds, great location right off highway.

TV was malfunctioning - picture and audio would freeze up about every 15 seconds making it completely unusable.

It was in a safe area and it was well lit at night. It was quiet even though it’s next to the freeway. It had excellent lighting in the room. Full of power outlets and good window blinds. There was a fridge, microwave and k cup coffee maker. Full breakfast in the morning was good.

I did not dislike anything about the property.
