We really enjoyed our stay. The room was really spacious with comfortable king-size bed, it was clean and modern with fully equipped bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included, that was delicious and always freshly cooked. We would really recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is a little further from the city centre but there are a few bus stops and two underground stations nearby.

There were wonderfull breakfasts in english style, very delicious (I can recommend for example full english breakfast) which give you energie for and half of the day. Very nice and pleasant people there, prepared to help you with whatever you need. I can recommend to everyone, can imagine to stay there next time.

I liked the stay in this hotel, the room was very clean, the bed was big and comfortable. It was a tiny bit colder, but it was just fine after few minutes with the heater on. There is also microwave and fridge. They offer good breakfast, you can choose whatever you want and they cook it for you in few minutes. The staff was nice, there's always someone at the reception. The hotel is situated farther from the city center, but it is no problem to get there. I would recomend to all who wish to rest in comfortable hotel after long day full of sightseeing 😊

The bathroom was colder than I'd like, but it wasn't really a big deal.

Me and my partner have been here previously twice over the last couple of years and now it seems it has become tradition that we stay here. We enjoyed it each time hence why we returned for a 3rd time this year. We stayed for 8 nights this time around as we had a lot planned during our stay in London. It is located close to a bus station and not too far away from Stonebridge Park tube station so easy to travel around to where need to go location wise. The hotel itself has a lovely cafe where you can get breakfast, lunch and snacks throughout the day. We always book the kingsize room it is very spacious with a large double bed, window, sink, fridge/small freezer, kettle and shower along with toiletries. The room is clean and comfortable for a good nights sleep. The breakfast is beautiful the sausages are different to any I’ve had anywhere else before and were definitely a favourite of mine. Now I would like to give a special mention to one of the owners Mariana she is one of the highlights of our stay and why we really enjoy our time here. Bare in mind we stayed 8 nights and she was working every single day whilst we were here which to me shows her dedication to work and everyday she had a smile on her face and made sure we always had a lovely breakfast. She also remembered us from our previous stay which was really sweet considering we hadn’t stayed here since August 2024. Another shout out to another gentleman who worked there unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he was extremely kind and helpful to us during our stay helping us print out tickets we needed to one of our events and giving us tips and advice for things we could do in London while we were here. There was also another really friendly and helpful gentleman on the night who helped secure us an extra night stay as we ended up staying an extra night with a late added plan.So overall a 10/10 stay and will 100% be returning when we come back to London thank you guys!❤️

Could not have been better for everything. such kind and caring people. Changed my room to G Floor on request at arrival as I cannot do lifts. Even gave a refund as lower grade room and cheaper but it was great, perfect for me. Superb bed, so comfy even pillows just right. Fridge and microwave in room and super size bathroom with comfort height WC. Breakfast fantastic and all the other food and drinks available. Facilities superb better than 5* Hotels I've been to. Could not fault one thing. Will certainly use and recommend again and again.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this accommodation. The hosts were incredibly friendly and professional, going out of their way to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared, making dining at the accommodation a treat. The room was spotlessly clean and cozy, with comfortable beds that ensured a restful night’s sleep. However, being located near an intersection, there was some noise from passing cars, which might be a consideration for light sleepers. Despite this, the overall comfort and charm of the room made it a lovely space to relax. The bathroom was well-maintained, complete with hot water and quality toiletries, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. This accommodation is an excellent choice for those seeking great service, delicious meals, and a clean, cozy environment, with just a touch of urban vibrancy from the surrounding area.

The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfy and the shower worked just fine. Excellent value for money!

While there are bus stations nearby, it's a bit of a walk to the tube. The area is mostly industrial - we felt safe at night I guess, but it's not "the city", and one should be aware of that, especially when arriving by car. Despite the lift, you're still required to use some stairs to get to your room (at least on the first floor) - it's a real pain when you have lots of luggage, I think they should install a little ramp there.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was super, warm, clean, and quiet!!! Breakfast is good. We found much more than we expected, so thanks a lot.

This hotel is simply amazing! From the moment we arrived, we loved the exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere. Our room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with fantastic bedding and a kitchenette. The bathroom was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond, being incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and they even arranged an early check-in for us and provided wonderful recommendations about the local area. Truly a memorable experience—highly recommend!

Clean, clean, clean - they truly make sure you have no complaints at all. Location is in an industrial area but its not hard to get too and from - busses all the time / car with ease. Local station is 3 stops away by bus - & a 3 step journey from there. Room Large and open (room 308) - again spotless. Not cramped, restful decor. Comfortable beds, a mini sofa, fridge, microwave and small sink. If staying for a few days you will be comfortable. Plus Amazon prime?? And preview, Netflix for those that have an account. Staff Superb, truly, and it’s all of them! they go out of their way to assist, friendly, helpful, advisable (as in how to get to and from). My mother was ill at the time (flu) really helped with this. I can’t recommend them enough. Food All that and a bag of chips. Portions are massive, tasty and hearty, well priced. Atmosphere A home from home.

My only little thing was we could not get the heating to be warmer - not cold but was not warm enough - but given extra duvets and a heater - again staff were super helpful.
