The private villa has its own large garden with beautiful trees and plants. Extremely spacious with a fully equipped kitchen (except for a microwave ) including a stove top. The pool is very nice surrounded by lush vegetation . The staff are really kind and very helpful and can book everything for you. rides , tours etc. Nearby is a beautiful beach called south palms beach and is a lovely place to go for sunset,swimming etc. A short drive or tricycle will take you there. This is one of a kind property with the huge private garden and beautiful villa, ideal for relaxing and having some space away from it all.

The location is down quite a long unpaved bumpy road which gets extremely muddy with deep puddles when it rains and it rains a lot! When it is dry it is an easy walk into Alona beach. A tricycle is needed to go to and fro and costs $150 to 200 pesos each time. If you rent a car or motor bike then it is much easier. There is no restaurant on site although the staff will help order take out for you and water and some sodas are provided.

Most people are helpful. You can communicate and they will help arrange everything via whatsapp. Super big living area, including a big room, your own kitchen, and a large garden. Credit to the night guard, helpful and friendly.

Wherever u go, u need to pay 500 peso, even it is a 3 mins distance drive. And one of the workers ( a young guy) is not smart enough to tell me about it. Otherwise, I will just walk (10 mins) instead of waiting to pay 500 peso for a 3 mins drive. Given the money we pay for the hostel, and the location, I think it makes sense that they offer 1 free tuk tuk service daily. I do not mind they charge me 10 usd more per day (roughly 500 peso = 1 tuk tuk) in exchange for 1-2 free tuk tuk service, the overall experience would be much better.

Absolutely stunning accommodation! The property offers private villas with their own backyard, lounges, terrace, huge bedroom with very comfortable bed, kitchen with all you need, bathroom with all the amenities and outdoor shower. It's the dream vacation home! The property is situated in a quiet area yet still close to the main town. We loved it so much and almost changed our plans just to stay a bit longer :) Excellent quality and the prices are more than decent. Huge thank you to the owners and congratulations on offering something different and quite unique. It has been our best stay since we started travelling. Shout out to the girls at the reception, they were amazing and went out of their way to satisfy our needs! Definitely recommend booking this one! 10/10.

Everything was amazing!

We stayed at Halamanan for part of our honeymoon and had a wonderful stay. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay special, from decorating our room with roses to giving us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate our honeymoon. The villas are really clean, spacious and comfortable. Ours had a beautiful garden and a nice patio to enjoy food or drinks. If you value your privacy and having a quiet, relaxing spot to return to after enjoying the sights of Panglao and Bohol, then this is a great spot.

Everything was PERFECT! This place is a heaven on earth. The villa was a dream and the shared pool is the most beautiful we have ever seen! We loved everything of this place! The staff: Janna, Erika and Ella have been AMAZING, and the guard at the gate (so sorry, I forgot the name) was SPECIAL! They had always a smile and ready to help us in many ways. Without them, the Halamanan Residences wouldn't be so perfect :) The location was super cool, just 5 minutes of motorbike from the center and 5 minutes from the beach, very quiet in the middle of the nature. I highly recommend this place! Thank you 🙏🏻🌸🌿

Although not very elaborate spread for breakfast it was decent enough for our family and seved at the room And hence was nice to have a relaxing breakfast with the nice scenery of the garden and swimming pool at our Villa . The staff are pleasent and very well trained . They were able to arrange relevant services from a transport to ordering food and helping make us decisions on activities very smoothly . I could also see them making regular welfare check in with our Tuk tuk driver .

The access roads can be better . But it is not a feedback on the property but more on Panglao where the access roads to the beach and or some of these properties need to be better managed by the authorities .

Nice clean villas with great private area. Helpful staff - they can help you organize everything (they charge for the support small amount but in some cases it is better to pay and be sure).

Very basic breakfast but the most surprising was that has been served not even warm (e.g. scrambled eggs). The room wasn’t cleaned at last night, we had to ask for the fresh towels etc. - I have no idea why… We were surprised of loud music from the neighbor on saturday - fortunatelly it was check out time for us so not big deal but I am not sure what to ekspect during the whole weekend … Other days was ok quite and chilling.

Cosy atmosphere, nice facilities.

At one point, the shower was only supplying hot water (scalding hot to be exact) and it took an hour or so to fix. I showered in a different villa whilst the team sorted it out. Small problem, and a solution was found which was satisfactory.

This was hands down the cleanest property we have ever stayed at so far in the Philippines. It was spotless, tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. From the location to the staff to the peaceful surroundings, it was an absolute delight to stay here.
