Greeted with a glass of cava on arrival As it was my birthday weekend they bought a bottle of cava and a lovely chocolate cake to our room Beach front hotel with beautiful views Perfect location Breakfast was a good selection and tasted great Very friendly staff Easy to get A11 bus from airport. And 104 bus to palma!

The location of the hotel is great! Shops and restaurants are 2-3 minute walk. The view is spectacular as it overlooks Palmanova. It’s quite and peaceful place to stay. The room is nice and clean. The AC was not strong. We had to open the sliding door at night to be cooler. Overall it was not that bad. Breakfast and Dinner (half board)- lovely and delicious food. For dinner, you have to pay for water which is billed at the end of your stay. Seems like you have to pay for drinks for dinner. Small swimming pool, jacuzzi was good but 1 was broken. Staff are accommodating and lovely. The whole hotel smells so nice and I’ve noticed that it’s cleaned everyday and well kept. Definitely a 4 star hotel:) Overall, I’d come back here again for the great location it’s at and the beautiful hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Perfect location, extremely clean, breakfast had plenty of choice, coffee was perfect! Bedroom was very comfortable with an incredible view.

The air con in my room made a lot of noise so couldn't have it on at night. Having said that, as it was only end of May I didnt need to use it but would have been frustrating if I did. Staff were lovely and very helpful apart from one lady who roared across the dining room one morning because I was bringing a cup to my room. I didn't know it was a rule and rules are there for a reason but to be roared at in front of a full dining room was not nice.

- Hotel met expectations for ‘lesser’ price paid - Staff are super friendly, warm and accommodating. - Pool is heated. - View from our bedroom was amazing - Location is fantastic. Closeness to the beach, shops, bars, etc is ideal for any type of holiday - Food in evening generally good, with meats, fish, salads, breads, ice cream, deserts. Better on some nights than others. - Pretty outdoor seating area for evening dining. - Overall very good value for money.

- Beds and bedding are not comfortable / do not feel 4 star rating. Pillows not nice, nor sheets or actual bed. - Shower goes hot and cold constantly - does not stay consistent temperature, small annoying issue. - There are no parasols by pool area. - There is not much privacy on balcony from neighbours. - Breakfast is not to our taste - too much meat and too many sweet treats. - Dinner not many vegetables or vegetarian options on some of the nights. Food can be hit and miss - sometimes cold and some dishes sparse after 7-30. - Atmosphere in late evenings is disappointing - it’s very bright and stark white in lounge (needs renovation).

This is our first time back to the hotel in 6 years for personal reasons. We absolutely loved our 2 week stay here, we remember some of the old faces and were welcomed with champagne and big smiles. The Service is excellent they will go above and beyond to help. The food is fabulous 👌 the staff are friendly and work really hard to make every meal time exceptional. Everywhere is kept to a high standard of cleanliness without staff ever getting in your way. The position of this hotel is 5* we will be returning next year hopefully twice and for many years to come. Massive thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so memorable ❤️

Location was excellent. We booked a sea view room, and the view didn't disappoint. The hotel is near to Magaluf area, so lots of pubs and bars for night out within walking distance. Room had a balcony and breakfast was perfect.

For bus to the city, you will need to walk 5 to 10 mins, which is OK. What we didn't like though was the person who sells drinks at the bar near the swimming pool. He was asking questions to confirm if we stay in the hotel, which made us feel a bit awkward. Felt like we don't feel rich enough to stay in this hotel from his questioning.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Always room at the pool and in the dining area. Lovely sea view from balcony. Boat trip and hiring of electric waterboards just across from hotel which my teens loved.

Travelling with 2 teens 15 and 17 and felt the hotel was more suited to groups of 20 somethings going to magaluf. First day of trip, drunk lad a pool using language that didnt feel comfortable with infront of my daughter and was woken a few nights with people singing which to be fair is not hotels fault but my opinion on the location. On the hotel itself breakfast was ok but dinner was not great. We went half board and ended up eating more a large lunch out just to have some salad at dinner plus didnt even get water with it, had to pay for all drinks.

Super easy access to the beach, the pool was wonderful and there’s lots of tanning beds for laying out in the sun. The staff was very friendly and a room with a sea view was very worth it. Breakfast and dinner buffet had some good options to choose from. The bar drinks were great for sitting by the pool.

If you have a rental car the parking is a bit steep €15 a day. And there’s no actual lot it’s just the front of the hotel, so you might get blocked in some days. But the staff is very helpful if that happens.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and the views are amazing.All the staff throughout the hotel are welcoming and friendly and really made you feel comfortable. The young man who is the lifeguard is lovely ,courteous ,helpful and respectful a credit to the hotel .The food is lovely with plenty of choice and you also get great views across the bay from the dining room. Hotel room on the sixth floor was great with a good shower and toiletries plus a kettle . The bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony is fantastic. The pool area was good with a warm pool but didn’t get the sun all day . There is also a large solarium area with sunbeds and day beds plus two jacuzzis ( which where a little cold for this time of the year)on a higher decking area.The hotel is right on the promenade and a minute from the beach. You can walk one way to Palma Nova and then out of the reception area and go up the road to Magaluf . I would definitely recommend the hotel and would love to go again in the future.

The hotel was right on the beach overlooking the sea. Perfect location. Rooms were a good size and balcony was large with an exceptional view. Bed was comfy. Staff were great. Courtesy shower and lockers/luggage room made our last day easy with a late flight.

When we arrived our air con was not working and dripping water on the floor. It was early hours and we had to move room which was a pain but quickly sorted by the staff.
