Location being in the city centre with almost every highlight of the city to be very close by. The property is supposedly in an old building but done up very well. We had a late check in at 21:00 hrs but the reception staff though had left for the day made sure we had a convenient and easy check in with the keys kept at the hotel reception. The breakfast though minimalistic was OK and the lady at the restaurant was very cheerful.

Wifi didn’t work esp after evening till next morning and that was exactly the only time we spent at the hotel hence not happy about it. We were not aware that we have to leave the keys for the rooms to get cleaned We carried along and our room housekeeping wasn’t done. It was a bit disappointing to enter back in a bit unkept room. Anyways that’s not a big issue. There is an electric table fan provided which was a great support but not a good enough one as the weather was too hot on both nights of our stay. The bathroom is too congested with no place to carry and keep clothes towels etc when one goes for bath.. esp when two people occupy a room this is inconvenient.

The room had a kettle and tea, plus a welcome cookie. The breakfast was very good. All in all an excellent value for the money! I would stay here again.

You can hear people coming and going. However, this is not a big problem because the hotel is small and there are not many rooms on each floor.

Very friendly and attentional personal , Cozy clean rooms. Nice fresh breakfast with huge choice ) Very nice comfortable location - very close to centrum and to all facilities Parking also near by hotel. We very happy of our choice , very highly recommended .

Bedsheet and towels were a little old. Bedsheet had 2 holes. Otherwise, clean. Parking at a public carpark at lower cost instead of higher public rates. Was lucky to get the last available spot with a queue of cars outside. Access card had to be returned by 12noon on the day of checkout. Managed to get a parking spot by the road (free parking on Sunday). Something to bear in mind if you plan on driving or if you plan to continue sightseeing after checkout

The hotel staff was very helpful. There was a misunderstanding concerning the parking but it was sorted out without any problems.

There is no lift, only stairs. The location looks a bit shabby but there was no problem.

The hotel was in a great location, quiet but close to town. The family/triple room was spacious and the small balcony was a nice addition. The staff were super friendly (and very kindly let us leave our cases while we cycled up the Mosel for three days). Breakfast was a buffet, with a good range of food.

Great location halfway between the old town and the riverside, comfortable, quiet room. Really good breakfast, friendly staff.

The bathroom was very small.

The people were superb. The location was brilliant. Parking was a doddle with a card provided (10€) by hotel. Brekkie was good and the ladies on duty were super.

I stayed in a very clean and well maintained room. The breakfast had a very nice assortment and good coffee. The staff were helpful and friendly. I had a great stay and enjoyed a very short walk to the Christmas Market

We arrived late in the evening and were able to collect the Keys from the safe with a code. Checking in was very easy.

Everything was good. No problms at all.
