Overall experience was fantastic. Hotel & room both were very clean & hygiene. Location is very near 2 min walking distance from illford train station. Reception staff is very cooperative & 24 hrs available for any support.

Overall experience was good but if they can add dryer in washroom that would be great.

The room was small, but cozy, it was absolutely enough for sleeping and hygiene. New towels every day, they even added bottles of shampoo for us later. Nice staff, we didn't encounter any problem. In addition, the hotel is about 2 minutes from the train stop, so you can quickly get to where you need to go.

The hotel was currently being renovated, so there was quite a lot of noise in the room during the day, but it didn't disturb our sleep at all, only on the first day when we wanted to catch up on the sleep from the flight. You may experience some noise from the surroundings if you have the windows open, but nothing dramatic. We were a bit concerned about the dirty stains on the walls. We were also a little annoyed by the non-functioning hair dryer.

1. room - The space I the room was decent, the size of the room is sufficient for 1-2 Adult. facilities like - wardrobe, chest, coffee machine, hair dryer, hangers, coffee sachet, team bags, milk, sugar was provided. light is the room was sufficient, nice size bed with pillows and quilt. . The toilet and bathroom were clean and nice exhaust. 2. Breakfast - There is no breakfast in hotel, that's a only negative :-(

1. The security deposit of 50 has been taken in advance and it was informed to me that it will get refund in a weeks time, which I failed to understand as no other hotel asks for it. Hopefully, once I get the security deopist back will boost my confidence until then finger crossed.

Staff was very helpful when we come in also when we ask for something in less then 5 min they bring to our room

Nothing this time everything was perfect I use this hotel second time and I recommend to other is well price is very affordable

Location and staff politeness, room size, also fits well from low to mid range budget stays

Cleanliness was a bit lower than I expected to get, deposit policy which should be take off from their booking conditions

A total surprise and I was kicking myself for not trying Signature before. The least assuming entrance opened up to a clean well run,elegant(for Ilford) hotel. The staff was efficient,well spoken and kind with a quick readiness to provide anything to improve your stay,personaly delivering extra milk etc moments after hearing of the need. And Quiet,the place was gentility in middle of Ilford high street,which is a miracle achievement of note. Best wifi ever.Spacious shower-toilet. A true find..A Thank you to the management and architects.

The location. Very near to Ilford Train station. Good transport links into London and outside London. The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. Room very clean and fresh sets of towels were replaced every day. It has a lift, which is always a good thing, especially if you have luggage. Also very near to The Exchange Shopping centre, which has M&S and TKMaxx

Excellent location, great choice of restaurants available in the area. The room was spacious, very clean, excellent facilities, clean bathroom with shower. Very courteous and smilling staff . Really satisfied with my stay .

A great contrast to the area. Been excited to hear they had lifts and everything in the hotel created an impression of being perfect after a little hang around over there. I've had a single room which had a comparably big bed , shower room - spacious and comfortable.

Difficult to find. Expected a bigger entrance - had to check Google maps to notice the door. Going through a rough patch I do need a cigarette every now and then. Can have a cigarette only at the front. The area is horrible. Felt very uncomfortable. Also I found it very difficult to find a place to eat at around the area while checking at cheaper options of pub food. - decided to get a pizza and bring the food to the room instead.

Room was small but nice, The bed was really comfortable. Enough space to hang my clothes. I enjoyed the fact that there was plenty of shops and places to eat. The train station was just up the road which opened up all of London to us.

The room had a heavy odour of cigarette smoke.. All my clothes had to be washed on my return home as they reeked of it.
