The pool was cold n the hot tub was cold. I was looking forward to that hot tub. And they didn’t really have a place for dirty towels so there was a big pile of em in a table .

I love the fact I was able to do a early check in because of my flight 🛫came in earlier than I expected the teller was very nice when I checked in the place was very cleaned and the entire lobby was decorated because the Christmas ⛄🎄 holiday is fastly Approaching and it looked so beautiful the room was very cleaned and organized the bed was so comfortable the view was everything the hotel was right off the highway 🛣️ that made it even better I was able to get off and head up to Remington drive right into the hotel will I stay again yes I would the price for one night 🌉 was very expensive

I wanted to wash my truck and the lady at the front counter told where to go. She went as far as explaining which facility had the best value for my money and the best route to take do to traffic at that time of day. We wanted to go out to dinner and the night attendant gave us a wonderful place to go, and whenever we returned to the location that night asked us if we enjoyed our meal.

The staff were so kind and accomidating! We were in town for a wedding and needed an early check in. While there is never a guarantee of this, the staff worked with me to help me check in at the earliest possible time. Tina at the front desk, in particular, was so wonderful to work with. This hotel was very clean, smelled great, felt upscale, had made to order breakfast, a fitness center, a pool, and was located in a safe area, surrounded by easily accessible shopping plazas and restaurants. I will definately plan to stay here again if we return to the area!

One of the elevators had just malfunctioned the morning of our second day, but that was uncontrollable.

The staff was lovely. We also enjoyed the amenities, loved the library and the gym, as well as the lake and foundations

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The shower ceiling had mold spots on it and the corners around the tub are dirty.

Omelet was good - huge proportion I shared with my Mom.

The Hot tub was not working - but maintenance was being done. After traveling all day - I needed a soak with jets.

The location was perfect because it was right next to everything we needed; restaurants, stores, etc. the rom was great in size, and the jacuzzi in the room was fabulous. We enjoyed it each day. and the smell of the hotel once you walked in to the building was something my wife will never forget.

The breakfast part of the hotel was okay; there was only 1 lady taking orders for everyone, stocking everything, keeping tables cleaned, and serving the food, so since she was under a lot of that stress, she did not give the best service, matching the hotel. It would have been nice to have room service with such a nice hotel as this, and some housekeeping while called. I had to go down the the front desk (we were on the 4th floor - there were 5 floors) to get another blanket, which disrupted the relaxation part.

Unlimited fresh cucumber and lemon water. The aroma of the hotel lobby was filled with a beautiful fragrant air purifier. Overall, the rooms, hallways, hotel lobby were exceptionally clean.

I was charged for breakfast. Totally unexpected. For most hotels, it's a part of your stay. Also, the dinner sign said open til 10pm. I canceled plans with friends to eat at the hotel restaurant only to arrive at 9:15 and was told by other guests they were told they closed at 9pm, yet the bar was open, so they ordered drinks. I don't drink. I went to the check-in counter to inquire and referenced the large colorful sign posted at the check in counter, and the host simply stated, "Yes, I know what the signs says, but no it's closed, the sign isn't right" So I did not eat dinner.

The hotel was very nice, I made a last minute reservation traveling from a 17 hour drive and it was perfect for such a short amount of time. The staff was friendly and even allowed us to check out late. I only had one complaint of the spa tub. It was dirty and had built up dirt coming out of some of the jets. The staff was very professional and switched our room for us. Overall I enjoyed it, it was very comfortable and came with lots of extra towels etc. definitely would stay again.
