Very friendly staff. Rooms, hallways, elevator were clean. Good choices for breakfast for average travelers. Had a few gluten free options: hard boiled eggs and fresh fruit.

Wished it had an automatic entrance door, would be helpful with hands free entrance with luggage or the disabled. Needed refresh with elevator floors, entrance door, bathtub caulk but they were appeared clean. Pool was closed.

Madeline, the food lady, was friendly and helpful. The eating area was clean and well stocked. Tyler was accommodating for an extended checkout. The food was good. Bed was comfortable. Great stay.

Sheena (manager maybe?) seemed to be more into her phone than her job. Ran out of bananas. (Not serious) Little mold in the caulking around the bathtub. It was clean, but silicone caulking should be replaced with mold resistant caulking.

We liked the room. The hotel was convenient for our needs. Parking was good. The staff was very attentive to whatever you needed.

We were disappointed that the breakfast was not the usual we find at other hotels. There wasn’t much of a choice to eat. The hot food was not appetizing. Usually, there is a waffle maker and better choices for hot breakfast. needless to say we went out to breakfast all three days. Management needs to rethink their breakfast choices. Checking out what other hotels are serving for breakfast would be very helpful.

Nice furnishings and decor .. employees were ALL very nice ..great towels and shower supplies ..nice breakfast.. too bad it couldn’t be kept hotter somehow

Noisy at times.. our room was right on the driveway and heard cars and people coming in and out too much.. plus a bar type place next door..t.v was either really hard to figure out or wasn’t working right. Swimming pool did not work and we were not told that when booking the room. All said it would have been worth the price if the pool worked

The bed was very comfortable. The TV and air conditioner worked great. The Hotel was quiet and the breakfast was nice too.

The pool was not open at all. This was one of the reasons I chose this Hotel.

The staff was extremely nice. The building is older but everything has been updated and in good working order.

Possibly my own fault but I pulled into the wrong entrance twice after dark. Perhaps a sign helping guests see the difference between the entrance to Fairfield vs the bowling alley next door.

White young lady with the glasses on was wonderful she was there about 2 pm great service and very nice sorry I didn't remember her name but give her a raise

I like the cleanest off the room,friendly stuff ,very good location.

I wasn't happy That I got charge 29 extra dollars to my invoice, whit out an explanation off the charges.

Pool wasn't working. Hallway/ stairs not super clean .

Its a great hotel, clean, they had a good selection of breakfast as well. We will be staying again.

The only bad thing the pool was cold.
